Noção desenvolvida por Etienne Wenger, a comunidade de prática é pensada como um agrupamento de sujeitos que, engajados na aprendizagem do ofício pelo qual são apaixonados, reúnem-se para firmar, aperfeiçoar e manter esse compromisso. Tomando por base essa construção, argumento que alguns obstáculos históricos do estágio supervisionado de professores, em especial a desvinculação entre teoria e prática e o tímido diálogo entre universidade e escola, podem ser confrontados por intermédio do estabelecimento de uma comunidade de prática pedagógica. Contemplada por atores de diversas instituições, manteria sua unidade, devido à paixão pelo ensinar, ao desejo de aprender e à aventura de experimentar didáticas no âmbito da diferença e da tradição pedagógica. Porém, não teremos fórmulas prontas para o êxito desse processo: os parâmetros de cada comunidade teriam que ser pautados localmente e artesanalmente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this essay I develop some arguments that intend to relate the teaching internship to the conception of communities of practice. A notion developed by Etienne Wenger, the community of practice is thought of as a group of individuals who, engaged in learning the craft they are passionate about, come together to establish, improve and maintain this commitment. Based on this construction, I argue that some historical obstacles of supervised teacher training, especially the disconnection between theory and practice and the timid dialogue between university and school, can be confronted through the establishment of a community of pedagogical practice. Contemplated by actors from different institutions, it would maintain its unity due to the passion for teaching, the desire to learn and the adventure of experimenting with didactics within the realm of difference and pedagogical tradition. However, we will not have ready-made formulas for the success of this process: the parameters of each community would have to be guided locally and by hand.]]></p></abstract>

Noción desarrollada por Etienne Wenger, la comunidad de práctica se considera una agrupación de sujetos que, comprometidos con el aprendizaje del oficio que les apasiona, se unen para establecer, perfeccionar y mantener este compromiso. Con base en esta construcción, sostengo que algunos obstáculos históricos de la práctica tutelada de docentes, especialmente la desconexión entre la teoría y la práctica y el diálogo tímido entre la universidad y la escuela, se pueden enfrentar mediante el establecimiento de una comunidad de práctica pedagógica. Contemplado por actores de diferentes instituciones, mantendría su unidad debido a la pasión por la enseñanza, el deseo de aprender y la aventura de experimentar con la didáctica en el ámbito de la diferencia y la traducción pedagógica. Sin embargo, no tendremos fórmulas listas para el éxito de este proceso: los parámetros de cada comunidad tendrían que ser guiados local y artesanalmente.]]></p></abstract>
