As an&#225;lises s&#227;o provenientes dos dados coletados em pesquisa documental e question&#225;rios. A pesquisa revela que as atuais pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas educacionais, ao institu&#237;rem as avalia&#231;&#245;es sist&#234;micas e os princ&#237;pios administrativos gerenciais como par&#226;metro para a gest&#227;o do trabalho escolar, comprometeram a autonomia dos coordenadores pedag&#243;gicos. Ressalta-se a formaliza&#231;&#227;o de uma cultura institucional com forte conota&#231;&#227;o administrativa e gerencial no que tange ao processo de gest&#227;o do trabalho escolar, em especial nos aspectos relativos ao controle das a&#231;&#245;es docentes e ao alcance de resultados educacionais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[AbstractThis study discusses the impact of managerial and administrative guidelines used as public policy to regulate the management of schools. Data collected from questionnaires and literature review were analyzed. The research reveals that current educational policies, which establish systematic reviews and managerial governance principles as a guideline for the school management, are committed to maintaining the autonomy of educational coordinators. We underscore the formalization of an institutional culture with strong administrative and managerial connotations, especially with regard to the control of teachers&#8217; actions and the realization of learning outcomes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[ResumenEste art&#237;culo tiene como objetivo discutir el impacto de los par&#225;metros administrativos gerenciales como pol&#237;tica p&#250;blica para regular la gesti&#243;n de lo trabajo escolar. Los an&#225;lisis son a partir de datos recogidos en los cuestionarios y la investigaci&#243;n documental. La investigaci&#243;n revela que las pol&#237;ticas educativas actuales, para establecer revisiones sistem&#225;ticas y los principios de gobierno de gesti&#243;n como un par&#225;metro para la gesti&#243;n del trabajo de la escuela, ha perjudicado la autonom&#237;a de los coordinadores educativos. Destacamos la formalizaci&#243;n de una cultura institucional con fuerte connotaci&#243;n administrativa y de gesti&#243;n en relaci&#243;n con el proceso de gesti&#243;n del trabajo de la escuela, sobre todo en los aspectos relacionados con el control de las acciones de los maestros y el logro de los resultados del aprendizaje.]]></p></abstract>
