Consideramos a conjuntura pandêmica como cenário político para o favorecimento de oportunismo de ocasião no atendimento às demandas dos grupos econômicos que atuam de forma articulada entre o Estado e o estado na educação. Argumentamos por meio da perspectiva pós-estruturalista que a política democrática constitui-se na tensão entre consenso, ordenamentos legais, e dissenso, interpretação dos textos políticos, e sua análise demanda o estudo da relação entre sujeitos, objetos e práticas de linguagem numa temporalidade contextual. Concluímos que as disputas da política evidenciam o alinhamento com o projeto liberal, sendo necessário pensar outras formas de sociabilidade que contemplem projetos coletivos mais igualitários no planejamento para o acesso aos conhecimentos escolares mediados por tecnologias.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT We evaluate the disputes over the distance learning education policy proposed by the Rio de Janeiro State Department of Education for public school students. The hypothesis believes that the pandemic context acts as a political scenario for favoring the opportunism of occasion to attend to the demands of economic groups. By the frame of post-structuralism, we argue that democratic politics constitute the tension between consensus, legal orders, and dissent as an interpretation of political texts. Its analysis considers the relationship between subjects, objects, and language practices in a specific time and context in which the policies have been formulated by the Federal government articulating with the government of Rio de Janeiro state. The spotlight on the political struggle shows the alignment with the liberal project of the Brazilian state being necessary to think about other forms of sociability that contemplate more egalitarian collective projects in the school planning to access knowledge mediated by technologies.]]></p></abstract>
