Debate a quest&#227;o: em que medida a forma&#231;&#227;o em servi&#231;o dos profissionais de sa&#250;de da ESF possibilita sua viabiliza&#231;&#227;o enquanto pessoas cr&#237;ticas, autoras de suas pr&#225;ticas no seu processo de trabalho? Os dados emp&#237;ricos foram gerados em uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, a partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 09 enfermeiras e 17 t&#233;cnicas de enfermagem de 10 ESF do munic&#237;pio de Crici&#250;ma, sul do estado de Santa Catarina. A forma&#231;&#227;o oferecida &#233; pontual, com assuntos voltados para atualiza&#231;&#227;o ou para facilitar o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas. Existe espa&#231;o para discuss&#227;o, mas como manifesta&#231;&#227;o de d&#250;vidas e trocas de experi&#234;ncias, sem que esteja presente o elemento da reflex&#227;o cr&#237;tica sobre o cotidiano do trabalho realizado. Tampouco &#233; problematizada a l&#243;gica empresarial que invade o campo da sa&#250;de p&#250;blica. Esta forma&#231;&#227;o n&#227;o viabiliza a constitui&#231;&#227;o de pessoas cr&#237;ticas, constituindo-se em uma educa&#231;&#227;o continuada, de caracter&#237;sticas banc&#225;rias, e na aliena&#231;&#227;o da liberdade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present article discusses the continuing education of health professionals of the Family Health Strategy (FHS), based on the understanding of continuing education by Emerson Elias Merhy, Laura Feuerwerker and Ricardo Ceccim, the philosophical/ psychological existentialist conception by Jean-Paul Sartre, and the education for liberation theory by Paulo Freire. The article addresses the following question: to what extent in-service training of the FHS health professionals enables their viability as critical people, authors of their practices in their work process? Empirical data was generated in a qualitative research, through the use of semi-structured interviews with nine nurses and 17 nursing technicians working in 10 FHS located in Crici&#250;ma, a city situated in the south of Santa Catarina. The training offered is limited, with issues selected in order to face daily problems or to facilitate the attainment of specific goals. There is room for discussion, but as an expression of doubt and exchange of experiences only, without critical reflection regarding the everyday work. Besides, the business logic that invades the field of public health is not confronted. This training does not accomplish the formation of critical people and seems to characterize a continuing education marked by banking aspects and alienation.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El texto problematiza la educaci&#243;n permanente de los profesionales de la salud de la Estrategia Salud de la Familia (ESF) a partir del entendimiento de la educaci&#243;n permanente de Emerson Elias Merhy, Laura Feuerwerker y Ricardo Ceccim, de la concepci&#243;n filos&#243;fica/psicol&#243;gica existencialista de Jean-Paul Sartre y de la teor&#237;a educativa liberadora de Paulo Freire. Debate la cuesti&#243;n: &#191;en qu&#233; medida la formaci&#243;n en servicio de los profesionales de la salud de la ESF posibilita su viabilizaci&#243;n como personas cr&#237;ticas, autoras de sus pr&#225;cticas en su proceso de trabajo? Los datos emp&#237;ricos fueron generados en una investigaci&#243;n de abordaje cualitativa, a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas con 09 enfermeras y 17 t&#233;cnicas de enfermer&#237;a de 10 ESF del municipio de Crici&#250;ma, sur del estado de Santa Catarina. La formaci&#243;n ofrecida es puntual, con asuntos direccionados para la actualizaci&#243;n o para facilitar el cumplimiento de metas establecidas. Existe espacio para discusi&#243;n, pero como manifestaci&#243;n de dudas y cambios de experiencias, sin que est&#233; presente el elemento de la reflexi&#243;n cr&#237;tica sobre lo cotidiano del trabajo realizado. Tampoco es problematizada la l&#243;gica empresarial que invade el campo de la salud p&#250;blica. Esta formaci&#243;n no viabiliza la constituci&#243;n de personas cr&#237;ticas, constituy&#233;ndose en una educaci&#243;n continuada, de caracter&#237;sticas bancarias, y en la alienaci&#243;n de la libertad.]]></p></abstract>
