Para dar resposta aos objetivos &#8212; i. indagar concepções de professores de 1° ciclo do ensino básico acerca dos conceitos de liderança, ensino online e inclusão; ii. conhecer opiniões dos inquiridos nestas dimensões; iii. caracterizar a relação emergente entre os três pilares: liderança, ensino online e inclusão &#8212; optamos por uma abordagem metodológica de natureza quantitativa, sendo os dados recolhidos por inquérito por questionário (n=13) e sujeitos a análise estatística. Os resultados revelam a existência de uma relação que sublinha interdependências significativas entre os três alicerces, particularmente assinaladas na influência da liderança e do ensino online sobre a inclusão.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article questions the relationship between leadership, online teaching and inclusion, based on the hypotheses that a relationship exists and that reciprocal influences between these three domains underlie it. In order to respond to the objectives &#8212; i. to investigate the conceptions of teachers of the 1st cycle of basic education about the concepts of leadership, online teaching, and inclusion; ii. to know the respondents&#8217; opinions regarding these dimensions; iii. to characterize the emerging relationship between the three pillars: leadership, online teaching, and inclusion &#8212; a quantitative methodological approach was used, with data collected by a questionnaire survey (n=13), and subjected to statistical analysis. The results reveal the existence of a relationship underlining significant interdependencies between the three pillars, which are particularly expressed in the influence of leadership and online teaching on inclusion.]]></p></abstract>
