A literatura destaca que a atua&#231;&#227;o dessa profissional pode contribuir para a forma&#231;&#227;o de professores no cotidiano escolar. Partindo da experi&#234;ncia na atua&#231;&#227;o do cargo de coordena&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica e com base nos resultados da pesquisa de mestrado, este texto tem como objetivos discutir aspectos que envolvem a a&#231;&#227;o cotidiana da coordenadora pedag&#243;gica no espa&#231;o escolar e apresentar algumas possibilidades de estrat&#233;gias planejadas com a finalidade de promover a forma&#231;&#227;o docente. Isso a partir de uma perspectiva em que a pesquisadora assume o pr&#243;prio trabalho como fonte de pesquisa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study it discusses teacher education focusing on the development of the professional work of the pedagogical coordinator. According to the current literature, a pedagogical coordinator can contribute to the continuing professional development of teachers. Based on the professional experience of the pedagogical coordinator and on the results of her master's research, the present study aims to discuss aspects of routine duties and tasks of the pedagogical coordinator in school settings. It also proposes some strategies designed with the purpose of promoting teacher education, and it was carried out analyzing the researcher's own professional experience.]]></p></abstract>
