Com abordagem qualitativa, analisa a implanta&#231;&#227;o da comunidade colaborativa de aprendizagem Professor 2.0 na Secretaria de Educa&#231;&#227;o do Estado de S&#227;o Paulo - Brasil, que congrega 150 mil educadores. Debate as contribui&#231;&#245;es das comunidades de pr&#225;tica ao contexto educacional, estabelecendo rela&#231;&#245;es entre o planejamento, a reflex&#227;o sobre pr&#225;ticas pedag&#243;gicas, o compartilhamento com os pares e a ressignifica&#231;&#227;o da pr&#225;tica dos professores. A pesquisa aponta o potencial da comunidade para a amplia&#231;&#227;o e a ressignifica&#231;&#227;o da pr&#225;tica pedag&#243;gica no seu cotidiano, desenvolvendo uma comunidade aprendente, destacando-se a ades&#227;o volunt&#225;ria e a media&#231;&#227;o da comunidade como elementos fulcrais para sua constitui&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article reflects on a Community of Practice in education in an institutional setting - a public school system. Analyzes the implementation of the collaborative learning community named Professor 2.0 in the Education Department of the State of S&#227;o Paulo - Brazil. It discusses the contributions of communities of practice to the educational context, establishing relationships between planning, reflection on pedagogical practices, sharing with peers and re-signification of teachers' practice. The research points out the potential of the community for the expansion and re-signification of the pedagogical practice in its daily life, developing a learning community and emphasizing voluntary adhesion and mediation of the community as central elements for its constitution. ]]></p></abstract>
