Entende-se aqui que essa legisla&#231;&#227;o fluminense n&#227;o atende as premissas expressas pela Lei Federal n.&#186; 9.475, de 1997. Para elucidar tal discuss&#227;o, recorre-se, num primeiro momento, a uma discuss&#227;o de determinados conceitos, entre eles os de "laiciza&#231;&#227;o", "laicidade", "confessionalismo", "resist&#234;ncia ativa", "estrutura de plausibilidade" e "proselitismo" para tentar perceber como esses conceitos podem contribuir para se perceber a din&#226;mica do ER. J&#225; num segundo momento, volta-se para a compreens&#227;o das prerrogativas legais e educacionais que envolvem o ER em sua atual configura&#231;&#227;o na Escola p&#250;blica brasileira e, em especial, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. E, em meio a essa perspectiva, sob a lente da an&#225;lise hist&#243;rica, almeja-se perceber os meandros percorridos pelo ER nesse Estado na qualidade de uma pol&#237;tica educacional que, atualmente, possibilita ao proselitismo fazer-se presente no ambiente das escolas estaduais fluminenses.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The purpose of this article is to discuss the current legal setting of Religious Teaching in the State of Rio de Janeiro, which is regulated by State Law No. 3459 of 14 September 2000. It is understood here that this Rio legislation does not meet the stated assumptions Federal Law No. 9475, 1997. To clarify this discussion, resort, at first, a theoretical discussion of certain concepts, including the "secularization", "secularism", "confessionalism", "active resistance", "plausibility structure" and "proselytizing" to try to understand how these concepts can contribute to understand the dynamics of the ER. Already a second time turns to the understanding of the legal and educational prerogatives involving the ER in its current configuration in the Brazilian public school and especially in the state of Rio de Janeiro. And in the midst of this perspective through the lens of historical analysis aims to understand the intricacies traveled by the ER in this state as an educational policy that currently enables the proselytism be present in the environment of Rio de Janeiro state schools.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El prop&#243;sito de este art&#237;culo es discutir el marco legal actual de la educaci&#243;n religiosa en el Estado de R&#237;o de Janeiro, que est&#225; regulado por la Ley del Estado N&#186; 3459 de 14 de septiembre de 2000. Se entiende aqu&#237; que esta legislaci&#243;n R&#237;o no cumple con los supuestos establecidos Ley Federal N&#186; 9.475, de 1997. Para aclarar esta discusi&#243;n, centro tur&#237;stico, en un primer momento, una discusi&#243;n te&#243;rica de ciertos conceptos, incluyendo el "secularizaci&#243;n", "laicidad", "confesionalismo" "resistencia activa", "estructura de plausibilidad" y "proselitismo" para tratar de entender c&#243;mo estos conceptos pueden contribuir a comprender la din&#225;mica de la sala de emergencias. Ya es la segunda vez vuelve a la comprensi&#243;n de las prerrogativas legales y educativas que involucran la sala de emergencias en su configuraci&#243;n actual en la escuela p&#250;blica de Brasil y sobre todo en el estado de R&#237;o de Janeiro. Y en medio de esta perspectiva a trav&#233;s de la lente de an&#225;lisis hist&#243;rico apunta a entender las complejidades recorridas por la sala de emergencia en este estado como una pol&#237;tica educativa que actualmente permite el proselitismo estar presente en el entorno de las escuelas del estado de R&#237;o de Janeiro.]]></p></abstract>
