<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000200504&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000200504&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000200504&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO  Este artigo &#233; uma s&#237;ntese das discuss&#245;es feitas no Programa de P&#243;s-Gradua&#231;&#227;o em Educa&#231;&#227;o (PPGE) da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) na linha de pesquisa &#8220;Educa&#231;&#227;o, comunica&#231;&#227;o e tecnologias&#8221; e produzida a partir de demandas das a&#231;&#245;es e projetos do Observat&#243;rio de Pr&#225;ticas Escolares (OPE) da UDESC com financiamento da Coordena&#231;&#227;o de Aperfei&#231;oamento de Pessoal de N&#237;vel Superior (CAPES). A pesquisa teve como objeto os usos das tecnologias digitais de informa&#231;&#227;o e comunica&#231;&#227;o (TDIC) feitos pelos professores numa escola p&#250;blica da rede municipal de educa&#231;&#227;o de Florian&#243;polis, mapeando quais desses usos s&#227;o efetivados com mais ou menos frequ&#234;ncia nas pr&#225;ticas escolares &#224; luz da flu&#234;ncia digital a fim de contribuir com discuss&#245;es no tocante &#224; apropria&#231;&#227;o tecnol&#243;gica do professor. Como objetivo, pretendemos apresentar algumas reflex&#245;es em torno da flu&#234;ncia digital do professor para usar essas TDIC na escola. Trata-se de um estudo de caso de natureza qualitativa com abordagem etnogr&#225;fica inspirada na Cartografia de Rolnik (2007). Como instrumentos, fizemos uso de question&#225;rios, observa&#231;&#245;es e entrevistas com professores do Ensino Fundamental II. Dos resultados, a inseguran&#231;a docente emerge como uma das barreiras ao uso das TDIC na escola. Por fim, defendemos que a flu&#234;ncia digital opera no professor como um elemento pedag&#243;gico de sua forma&#231;&#227;o e que pode permitir usar as TDIC, superando o sentimento de inseguran&#231;a que ronda os professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  This article is a synthesis of the discussions carried out in the Postgraduate Program in Education (PPGE) of the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) in the research line "Education, communication and technologies" and produced from the demands of the actions and projects Of the Observatory of School Practices (OPE) of UDESC with funding from the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). The research had as object the uses of the digital technologies of information and communication (TDIC) made by the teachers in a public school of the municipal network of education of Florian&#243;polis, mapping which of these uses are effected with more or less frequency in the school practices in light of the digital fluency. In order to contribute to discussions on the technological appropriation of the teacher. As an objective, we intend to present some reflections about the digital teacher's fluency to use these TDICs in school. This is a case study of a qualitative nature with an ethnographic approach inspired by the Cartografia de Rolnik (2007). As instruments, we used questionnaires, observations and interviews with Primary School teachers II. From the results, teacher insecurity emerges as one of the barriers to the use of TDIC in school. Finally, we defend that the digital fluency operates in the teacher as a pedagogical element of its formation and that can allow to use the TDIC, surpassing the feeling of insecurity that surrounds the teachers.]]></p></abstract>
