El m&#233;todo comparado aplicado a la educaci&#243;n ha sido la propuesta que mejor se ajusta a los objetivos de esta investigaci&#243;n. Aportamos elementos de reflexi&#243;n que permiten mejorar la realidad de la formaci&#243;n inicial de los profesores de Educaci&#243;n en estos dos pa&#237;ses. La institucionalizaci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n en los sistemas escolares formales y la universalizaci&#243;n de la Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica son dos factores principales que han favorecido la discusi&#243;n en torno a la profesionalizaci&#243;n del desempe&#241;o docente. As&#237;, se ha generado la necesidad de sistematizar y formalizar el relevante papel del profesorado y su formaci&#243;n. A modo de conclusi&#243;n, se favorece que los gobiernos puedan replantear algunas modificaciones en las pol&#237;ticas educativas con el objetivo de fortalecer la formaci&#243;n inicial de sus docentes en un futuro cercano. Tambi&#233;n es necesario considerar el desarrollo del desempe&#241;o docente como profesi&#243;n y promover que la sociedad prestigie el trabajo realizado por el profesorado. Para la mejora de la educaci&#243;n actual es imprescindible un profesional docente que destaque como agente reflexivo, aut&#243;nomo, innovador y contextualizador. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRAT  This research aim to promote reflection about access to teachers&#8217; professional life in Brazil and Spain, considering convergences and divergence of both models of teachers' professionalization. The compared method applied to education has been used to seek the aim of this kind of investigation. We raised up elements of reflection by which initial teachers development could be improved in both countries. Institutionalization of education in formal systems and it universalization of Basic Education are the two main factors that have favored the discussion about the professionalization of teaching performance. In this way, it generated the need to systematize and formalize the relevant role of teachers and its functions. To conclude, it is pointed that both government could plan modifications in their educational policies to strengthening initial teachers&#8217; development in the near future. Also, it is needed to consider the development of teachers&#8217; performance as profession to promote prestige from the society by teacher&#8217;s career. To improve actual education it is indispensable to develop professionals who stands out as reflexive, autonomous, innovative and contextualizer. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO  Esta investiga&#231;&#227;o tem como finalidade proporcionar uma reflex&#227;o sobre o acesso do professor &#224; vida profissional no Brasil e na Espanha, considerando as converg&#234;ncias e diverg&#234;ncias dos atuais modelos de ascens&#227;o &#224; profissionaliza&#231;&#227;o. O m&#233;todo comparado aplicado &#224; educa&#231;&#227;o tem sido a proposta que melhor se ajusta aos objetivos desta investiga&#231;&#227;o. Aportamos elementos de reflex&#227;o que permitem melhorar a realidade da forma&#231;&#227;o inicial dos professores da Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica nesses dois pa&#237;ses comparados. A institucionaliza&#231;&#227;o da educa&#231;&#227;o nos sistemas formais e a universaliza&#231;&#227;o da Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica s&#227;o os dois principais fatores que t&#234;m favorecido a discuss&#227;o em torno da profissionaliza&#231;&#227;o do desempenho docente. Dessa forma, gerou-se a necessidade de sistematizar e formalizar o relevante papel do professor e sua fun&#231;&#227;o. De forma conclusiva, apontamos que os governos podem replanejar algumas modifica&#231;&#245;es nas pol&#237;ticas educativas com o objetivo de fortalecer a forma&#231;&#227;o inicial de seus docentes em um futuro pr&#243;ximo. Tamb&#233;m &#233; necess&#225;rio considerar o desenvolvimento do desempenho docente como profiss&#227;o e promover a&#231;&#245;es para que a sociedade prestigie o trabalho realizado pelo professor. Para melhorar a atual educa&#231;&#227;o &#233; imprescind&#237;vel um profissional docente que se destaque como agente reflexivo, aut&#244;nomo, inovador e contextualizador. ]]></p></abstract>
