Envolveu educadores da educa&#231;&#227;o infantil e do ensino fundamental, que participaram espontaneamente do processo. Ocorreu em parceria com a Rede Municipal de S&#227;o Paulo entre 2016-2017. Afirma a necess&#225;ria descoloniza&#231;&#227;o cotidiana do curr&#237;culo e a presen&#231;a, neste, de discuss&#245;es relacionadas &#224; g&#234;nero e sexualidade. A legisla&#231;&#227;o voltada para a garantia do direito &#224; aprendizagem pressup&#245;e colocar a crian&#231;a no centro do processo educativo. Todos os tipos de viol&#234;ncia dom&#233;stica contra a crian&#231;a e o adolescente (VDCA) e em especial a viol&#234;ncia sexual intrafamiliar (VSI) t&#234;m impactado profundamente a qualidade de vida da crian&#231;a e do adolescente, o seu direito ao conhecimento e emergem cotidianamente na escola. Defende-se, neste artigo, que essas viol&#234;ncias n&#227;o s&#227;o quest&#245;es pass&#237;veis de serem consideradas como de &#226;mbito privado porque ferem direitos humanos e educacionais e comprometem a constru&#231;&#227;o da exist&#234;ncia. Tratar dessas viol&#234;ncias na escola &#233; urgente para a forma&#231;&#227;o integral do educando e para respeitar o que est&#225; assegurado na Constitui&#231;&#227;o Federal de 1988 (artigo 205), no Estatuto da Crian&#231;a e do Adolescente de 1990 (artigo 53) e na LDB de 1996 (artigo 2o). Conclui-se o texto destacando a justi&#231;a curricular como uma pr&#225;tica de curr&#237;culo que respeite as necessidades dos educandos, suas diferentes formas de aprender, seu direito a conhecimentos vivos que afirmem os seus contextos de vida e lhes garanta uma vis&#227;o cr&#237;tica do mundo, e que finalmente lhes d&#234; garantia de acesso aos bens culturais como parte do seu pleno desenvolvimento. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  This article is the result of a critical-collaborative research-action. It involved early childhood educators and elementary school educators who spontaneously participated in the process. It took place in partnership with the Municipal Network of S&#227;o Paulo between 2016-2017. It affirms the necessary daily decolonization of the curriculum and the presence in it of discussions related to gender and sexuality. Legislation aimed at guaranteeing the right to learn presupposes placing the child at the center of the educational process. All types of domestic violence against children and adolescents (VDCAs) and especially intra-family sexual violence (VSI) have profoundly impacted the quality of life of children and adolescents, their right to know and emerge daily in school. It is argued in this article that these violence are not issues that can be considered as private because they violate human and educational rights and compromise the construction of existence. Addressing such violence at school is urgent for the integral formation of the pupil and for respecting what is guaranteed in the Federal Constitution of 1988 (article 205), the Child and Adolescent Statute of 1990 (article 53) and the LDB of 1996 (article 2o). The text concludes by highlighting curricular justice as a curriculum practice that respects the needs of learners, their different ways of learning, their right to live knowledge that affirms their contexts of life and guarantees them a critical view of the world, and that grant them access to cultural goods as part of their full development. ]]></p></abstract>

Envolvi&#243; educadores de la educaci&#243;n preescolar y de la ense&#241;anza fundamental, los cuales participaron espont&#225;neamente del proceso. Se realiz&#243; en asociaci&#243;n con la Red del municipio de S&#227;o Paulo entre los a&#241;os 2016-2017. Afirma la necesaria descolonizaci&#243;n cotidiana del curr&#237;culo y la presencia, en este, de discusiones relacionadas al g&#234;nero y a la sexualidad. La legislaci&#243;n dirigida a la garant&#237;a del derecho al aprendizaje presupone colocar la crianza en el centro del proceso educativo. Todos los tipos de violencia dom&#233;stica contra la crianza y el adolescente, en especial la violencia sexual en el interior de la familia, han impactado profundamente la calidad de vida de ellos, su derecho al conocimiento y emergen cotidianamente en la escuela. Se defiende, en este art&#237;culo, que tales violencias no son cuestiones pasibles de consideraciones en el &#226;mbito privado porque fieren los derechos humanos y educacionales y, compromenten la construcci&#243;n de la existencia. Discurrir acerca de esas violencias en la escuela es urgente para la formaci&#243;n integral del educando y para respetar lo que est&#225; asegurado en la Constituici&#243;n Federal de 1988 (art&#237;culo 205), en el Estatuto de la Crianza y del Adolescente de 1990 (art&#237;culo 53) y en LDB de 1996 (art&#237;culo 2&#186;).
