As caracter&#237;sticas do processo de forma&#231;&#227;o proposto, que inclui a investiga&#231;&#227;o e o levantamento de dados para elabora&#231;&#227;o de um plano de a&#231;&#227;o bem como o envolvimento de diferentes institui&#231;&#245;es e atores sociais, permite estabelecer aproxima&#231;&#245;es com a abordagem Pesquisa e Inova&#231;&#227;o Respons&#225;veis. A pesquisa realizou-se por meio de um levantamento de campo com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, por meio da aplica&#231;&#227;o de um question&#225;rio, o que resultou na an&#225;lise das respostas de 1113 participantes. Os resultados evidenciaram que as contribui&#231;&#245;es do curso foram muitas, sobretudo na aquisi&#231;&#227;o e/ou amplia&#231;&#227;o de conhecimentos te&#243;ricos e pr&#225;ticos, seguida pela sensibiliza&#231;&#227;o e motiva&#231;&#227;o sobre a import&#226;ncia dos Conselhos Escolares e da gest&#227;o democr&#225;tica da educa&#231;&#227;o. Assim, conclui-se que a valoriza&#231;&#227;o da atua&#231;&#227;o profissional no processo de forma&#231;&#227;o, pelo levantamento de informa&#231;&#245;es e planejamento de a&#231;&#245;es, repercutiu sobre o contexto social, valorizando a&#231;&#245;es que privilegiam a gest&#227;o democr&#225;tica para melhoria da qualidade da educa&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the contributions of a distance extension course about , school councils and democratic management for the professional performance of their graduates. The characteristics of the proposed formation process, which includes research and data collection to elaborate a plan of action, as well as the involvement of different institutions and social actors, allows us to establish approximations with the approach Responsible Research and Innovation. The research was carried out through a field survey with a quantitative and qualitative approach, through the application of a questionnaire, which resulted in the analysis of the responses of 1113 participants. The results evidenced that the contributions of the course were many, mainly in the acquisition and / or amplification of theoretical and practical knowledge, followed by the sensitization and motivation on the importance of the School Councils and the democratic management of education. Thus, it was concluded that the valorization of professional performance in the formation process, through the collection of information and planning of actions, had repercussions on the social context, valuing actions that favor democratic management to improve the quality of education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar las contribuciones de un curso de extensi&#243;n a distancia acerca de los consejos escolares y la gesti&#243;n democr&#225;tica para el desempe&#241;o profesional de sus estudiantes egresados. Las caracter&#237;sticas del proceso de formaci&#243;n propuesto, que incluye la investigaci&#243;n y la recopilaci&#243;n de datos para elaborar un plan de acci&#243;n, as&#237; como la participaci&#243;n de diferentes instituciones y actores sociales, nos permiten establecer aproximaciones con el enfoque de Investigaci&#243;n e Innovaci&#243;n Responsable. La investigaci&#243;n se llev&#243; a cabo a trav&#233;s de una encuesta de campo con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, mediante la aplicaci&#243;n de un cuestionario, que dio como resultado el an&#225;lisis de las respuestas de 1113 participantes. Los resultados evidenciaron que las contribuciones del curso fueron muchas, principalmente en la adquisici&#243;n y / o amplificaci&#243;n de conocimientos te&#243;ricos y pr&#225;cticos, seguidas por la sensibilizaci&#243;n y motivaci&#243;n sobre la importancia de los Consejos Escolares y la gesti&#243;n democr&#225;tica de la educaci&#243;n. As&#237;, se concluy&#243; que la valorizaci&#243;n del desempe&#241;o profesional en el proceso de formaci&#243;n, a trav&#233;s de la recolecci&#243;n de informaci&#243;n y planificaci&#243;n de acciones, tuvo repercusiones en el contexto social, valorando acciones que favorecen la gesti&#243;n democr&#225;tica para mejorar la calidad de la educaci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
