Essa experiência inovadora de estágio tem como premissas o diálogo próximo e constante com o sistema de ensino público e o princípio da imersão profissional em instituições de educação infantil, por um período de tempo ininterrupto, experienciando a unidade entre a teoria e a prática. Por meio de análise documental, o presente estudo toma como fonte a documentação do Programa de Residência Pedagógica da Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp)e os relatórios produzidos pelos discentes. O texto apresenta as potencialidades do Programa em dar visibilidade às crianças, respeitando-as como sujeitos de direitos e em uma formação curricular reflexivo-emancipatória do futuro professor de crianças pequenas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to study the compulsory curricular stage called Pedagogical Residence Program. This innovative experience of internship is based on the close and constant dialogue with the public education system and the principle of professional immersion in early childhood education institutions,for an uninterrupted period of time, experiencing the unity between theory and practice. Through documentary analysis it takes as a source the documentation of the Unifesp Pedagogical Residency Program and the reports produced by the students. The text presents the potential of the Program in giving visibility to children, respecting them as subjects of rights and in a reflective-emancipatory curriculum formation of the future teacher of young children.]]></p></abstract>

Esta experiencia innovadora de práctica tiene como premisas el diálogo cercano y constante con el sistema de enseñanza públic y el principio de inmersión profesional en instituciones de educación infantil, por un período de tiempo ininterrumpido, experimentando la unidad entre la teoría y la práctica. Por medio de análisis documental toma como fuente la documentación del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica de la Unifesp y los informes producidos por los discentes.
