Trata-se de um estudo de caso de abordagem qualiquantitativa com emprego de questionário semiestruturado e entrevistas para coleta de dados e informações. Como técnicas de análise, empregaram-se a análise do conteúdo e a do discurso a partir de três matrizes: educação, meio ambiente e sociedade; educação e discente; e educação e docente. Os resultados apontaram que as matrizes educação, meio ambiente e sociedade; e educação e discente apresentam quatro problemas. Quanto à matriz educação e docente, alega um montante de sete problemas. Em conclusão, a pesquisa mostra que a maior quantidade de problemas que influencia o processo de ensino-aprendizagem advém da matriz educação e docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aimed to identify the main problems and potentialities in the use of contextualized education at the Antônio José de Melo school, in Jucás, state of Ceará. This is a case study with a qualitative and quantitative approach using a semi-structured questionnaire and interviews to collect data and information. As analysis techniques, content and discourse analysis were used from three matrices: education, environment and society; education and students; and education and teaching. The results showed that the matrices education, environment and society; and education and students, present four problems. As for the education and teaching matrix, it alleges a total of seven problems. In conclusion, the research shows that the largest number of problems that influence the teaching-learning process come from the education and teaching matrix.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tuvo como objetivo identificar los principales problemas y potencialidades del uso de la educación contextualizada en la escuela Antônio José de Melo, en Jucás, estado de Ceará. Se trata de un estudio de caso con un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo que utiliza un cuestionario semiestructurado y entrevistas para la recogida de datos e información. Como técnicas de análisis se utilizaron análisis de contenido y discurso desde tres matrices: educación, medio ambiente y sociedad; educación y estudiantes; y educación y enseñanza. Los resultados mostraron que las matrices educación, medio ambiente y sociedad; y educación y estudiantes, presentan cuatro problemas. En cuanto a la matriz de educación y enseñanza, alega un total de siete problemas. En conclusión, la investigación muestra que la mayor cantidad de problemas que influyen en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje provienen de la matriz educación y enseñanza.]]></p></abstract>
