A abordagem te&#243;rico-metodol&#243;gica foi a pesquisa reflexiva e colaborativa. Participaram dois professores que encontravam dificuldades para incluir um aluno com defici&#234;ncia f&#237;sica e um aluno com transtorno global do desenvolvimento. A forma&#231;&#227;o continuada consistiu em tr&#234;s passos: 1) reflex&#227;o por meio de v&#237;deo sobre a pr&#243;pria pr&#225;tica e planejamento de uma aula, conjuntamente com a pesquisadora, buscando incorporar a Tecnologia Assistiva e favorecer a inclus&#227;o; 2) filmagem da aula; 3) avalia&#231;&#227;o e reflex&#227;o sobre o planejado e o executado e planejamento de uma nova aula. Considera-se que foi essencial ao desenvolvimento da forma&#231;&#227;o continuada: considerar a demanda do professor, desenvolver o trabalho colaborativo, promover a reflex&#227;o das pr&#225;ticas e ter a Tecnologia Assistiva como suporte ao fator humano.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This study aimed at describing the development of continuing education for physical education teachers towards the incorporation of Assistive Technology and the creation of favorable conditions to an inclusive school. The methodology employed was reflective and collaborative research. Two teachers who were facing difficulties to include a physically disabled student and one student with global developmental delay took part in the study. The continuing education plan comprised three steps: 1) reflecting on their own practice after watching a video and planning one lesson, together with the researcher, seeking to incorporate Assistive Technology and favor inclusion; 2) videoing the lesson; 3) evaluating and reflecting on what was planned and what was executed and planning a new lesson. Some factors were seen to be essential to the development of continuing education: considering the teacher&#8217;s demand, developing collaborative work, promoting reflection on the practices and having Assistive Technology as a support to the human element.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir el desarrollo de la educaci&#243;n continuada del profesorado de educaci&#243;n f&#237;sica destinado a la incorporaci&#243;n de la Tecnolog&#237;a Asistiva y la creaci&#243;n de condiciones favorables para la inclusi&#243;n escolar. El abordaje te&#243;rico y metodol&#243;gico utilizado fue la investigaci&#243;n reflexiva y colaborativa. El trabajo se dio con la participaci&#243;n de dos profesores que ten&#237;an dificultades para incluir a un estudiante con una discapacidad f&#237;sica y un estudiante con trastorno global del desarrollo. La educaci&#243;n continuada consisti&#243; en tres etapas: 1) la reflexi&#243;n a trav&#233;s de video relacionando la propia pr&#225;ctica y la planificaci&#243;n de una clase, junto con la investigadora, buscando incorporar la Tecnolog&#237;a Asistiva y fomentar la inclusi&#243;n; 2) la grabaci&#243;n de la clase; 3) la evaluaci&#243;n y la reflexi&#243;n sobre la clase y el preparo de una nueva clase. Se consider&#243; que fue esencial para el desarrollo de la formaci&#243;n continuada: la demanda del profesorado, tener en cuenta la necesidad de planificar y cuestionar a su pr&#225;ctica, desarrollar el trabajo colaborativo, promover la reflexi&#243;n de la pr&#225;ctica y tener la Tecnolog&#237;a Asistiva para apoyar el factor humano.]]></p></abstract>
