As teorizações de Foucault e Butler subsidiam as análises desenvolvidas ao longo deste trabalho. Nele, percebe-se que as perspectivas pós-estruturalista, materialista dialética e pluralista são as mais empregadas na discussão das políticas neoconservadoras concernentes aos discursos produzidos pelo movimento Escola sem Partido e a enunciação denominada ideologia de gênero que visam respaldar valores morais de famílias cristãs e retirar dos currículos das escolas a educação dos corpos, dos gêneros e das sexualidades. Conclui-se que os estudos latino-americanos visam contrapor-se às políticas educacionais neoconservadoras, pois mobilizam uma forte crítica aos padrões morais e às interdições políticas e pedagógicas que atingem os interesses e os direitos de grupos sexuais dissidentes na educação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents the results of a meta-research of analysis of the theoretical-epistemological perspectives present in Latin American studies that address the theme of sexuality in contemporary education policies. Foucault and Butler&#8217;s theorizations support the analyses developed throughout this work. In it, it is perceived that the post-structuralist, dialectical and pluralistic materialist perspectives are the most used in the discussion of neoconservative policies concerning the discourses produced by the School without Party movement and the enunciation called gender ideology that aim to support moral values of Christian families and remove from school curricula the education of bodies, genders and sexualities. It is concluded that Latin-American studies aim to counter neoconservative education policies, as they mobilize a strong criticism of moral standards and political and pedagogical interdictions that affect the interests and rights of dissident sex groups in education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo presenta los resultados de una metainvestigación de análisis de las perspectivas teórico-epistemológicas presentes en estudios latinoamericanos que abordan el tema de la sexualidad en las políticas educativas contemporáneas. Las teorizaciones de Foucault y Butler subsidian los análisis desarrollados a lo largo de este trabajo. En él, se percibe que las perspectivas postestructuralista, materialista dialéctica y pluralista son las más empleadas en la discusión de las políticas neoconservadoras concernientes a los discursos producidos por el movimiento Escuela sin Partido y la enunciación denominada ideología de género que tienen como objetivo respaldar valores morales de familias cristianas y retirar de los currículos de las escuelas la educación de los cuerpos, de los géneros y de las sexualidades. Se concluye que los estudios latinoamericanos tienen como objetivo contraponerse a las políticas educativas neoconservadoras, pues movilizan una fuerte crítica de los estándares morales y a las prohibiciones políticas y pedagógicas que afectan los intereses y los derechos de grupos sexuales disidentes en la educación.]]></p></abstract>
