Questiona-se: A prática docente no Ensino Médio do Piauí tem sido balizada pela performatividade como parte do habitus profissional docente? De que forma? Para responder a essa questão, o artigo fundamenta-se no referencial teórico de Bourdieu e no seu método praxiológico. Realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores de duas escolas do Piauí, submetidas à análise do discurso de Maingueneau. Os resultados apontam que a prática docente tem sido estruturada por metas de resultados, práticas treineiras e performáticas. Essa prática performática é incorporada pelos professores, porque é um elemento forte do habitus profissional, consubstanciado na tradição meritocrática como discurso simbólico da justiça social. Os professores aderem à performatividade na medida em que seu habitus profissional está predisposto a incorporá-la, na relação dialética entre a subjetividade e sua posição no campo social.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to analyze the implications of the National High School Examination (known by the acronym ENEM) policy for teaching practice. The question is: Has teaching practice in High School in Piauí, Brazil, been marked by performativity as part of the teaching professional habitus? In what way? In order to answer this question, the article is based on Bourdieu&#8217;s theoretical framework and his praxeological method. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with teachers from two schools in Piauí, which were subjected to Maingueneau&#8217;s discourse analysis. The results show that teaching practice has been structured by results targets, training and performative practices. This performative practice is incorporated by teachers because it is a strong element of the professional habitus, embodied in the meritocratic tradition as a symbolic discourse of social justice. Teachers adhere to performativity to the extent that their professional habitus is predisposed to incorporate it, in the dialectical relationship between subjectivity and their position in the social field.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las implicaciones de la política del Examen Nacional de Enseñanza Media (Enem) en la práctica docente. Se cuestiona: ¿la práctica docente en la Enseñanza Secundaria de Piauí ha sido balizada por la performatividad como parte del habitus profesional docente? ¿De qué forma? Para responder esa cuestión, el artículo se fundamenta en el referencial teórico de Bourdieu y en su método praxeológico. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesores de dos escuelas de Piauí, sometidas al análisis del discurso de Maingueneau. Los resultados muestran que la práctica docente ha sido estructurada por metas de resultados, prácticas formativas y performáticas. Esta práctica performática es incorporada por los profesores porque es un elemento fuerte del habitus profesional, encarnado en la tradición meritocrática como discurso simbólico de justicia social.
