Tem como foco discutir perspectivas para a forma&#231;&#227;o inicial da habilita&#231;&#227;o profissional docente para os AIEFs, tomando a forma&#231;&#227;o como exig&#234;ncia primeira de sua profissionaliza&#231;&#227;o. Da reflex&#227;o sobre os elementos estruturantes da profissionalidade polivalente indica-se tais perspectivas: i) a import&#226;ncia dos fundamentos da educa&#231;&#227;o; ii) a pesquisa como princ&#237;pio formativo incipiente; iii) o perfil de alfabetizador e o aprofundamento sobre a interdisciplinaridade. O estudo foi desenvolvido a partir de um olhar cr&#237;tico-dial&#233;tico observando as contradi&#231;&#245;es, as m&#250;ltiplas determina&#231;&#245;es e ampliando a compreens&#227;o do conte&#250;do singular da doc&#234;ncia nos AIEFs e aspectos de sua totalidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The text shows a research's detailment made with teachers in the early years of elementary school (AIEF) in Recife-PE, whose goal was to understand the construction of the multipurpose teaching profession. Their focus is to discuss prospects for initial teacher training to professional qualification for AIEF, considering training as first requirement of professionalization. Are indicated three perspectives through reflection on the structural elements of polyvalent : i) the importance of the education's foundations; ii)) research as incipient formative principle iii) literacy profile and the deepening of the study was developed interdisciplinarity. The study was development through a critical-dialectical look observing contradictions, multiple determinations and increasing the understanding of the teaching of the natural content in AIEF and aspects of their totality.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El texto presenta la continuidad de una investigaci&#243;n realizada con maestros de la ense&#241;anza primaria en Recife-PE (AIEF), que tuvo como objetivo compreender la construcci&#243;n de la profesionalidad docente polivalente. Se centra en discutir las perspectivas de la formaci&#243;n inicial de la cualificaci&#243;n profesional de los que act&#250;an en la ense&#241;anza primaria, teniendo formaci&#243;n como primera exig&#234;ncia de profesionalizaci&#243;n. La reflexi&#243;n sobre los elementos estructurales de la profesionalidad polivalente conlleva a las siguientes perspectivas: i) la import&#226;ncia de los fundamentos de la educaci&#243;n; ii) la investigaci&#243;n como principio formativo incipiente; iii) el perfil de alfabetizaci&#243;n y la profundizaci&#243;n de la interdisciplinariedad. El estudio se desarroll&#243; a partir de una mirada cr&#237;tica dial&#233;ctica observando las contradicciones, las m&#250;ltiples determinaciones y expandiendo la comprensi&#243;n del contenido natural en la ense&#241;anza primaria y la totalidad de sus aspectos.]]></p></abstract>
