Foi utilizado um questionário semiestruturado, com onze profissionais, e a Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados apontaram para a desigualdade, no que tange ao acesso e a forma de lidar com as tecnologias. A formação continuada foi entendida como necessária para a atuação docente, em condições adversas, nas modalidades de ensino, remoto e presencial. Por fim, a sala de aula presencial reafirma-se como espaço de interação, fundamental, na relação entre os estudantes, os professores e a família.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de una investigación sobre la práctica docente voluntaria, en la escuela secundaria, en el contexto de la Pandemia, en la ciudad de Vitória da Conquista, Bahía. Se utilizó un cuestionario semiestructurado, con once profesionales, y Análisis de Contenido. Los resultados apuntaron a la desigualdad en términos de acceso y forma de lidiar con las tecnologías. La educación continua se destacó como necesaria para el desempeño docente, en condiciones adversas, en las modalidades de enseñanza, a distancia y presencial. Finalmente, el aula presencial se reafirma como un espacio de interacción fundamental en la relación entre alumnos, profesores y familia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to present research results on voluntary teaching practice in high school in the context of the Pandemic in the city of Vitória da Conquista, Bahia. A semi-structured questionnaire was used with eleven professionals and also a Content Analysis. The results pointed to inequality regarding the access and the way to deal with technologies. Continuing education was highlighted as necessary for teaching performance, in adverse conditions, in either remote or presential teaching modalities. Finally, the face-to-face classroom reaffirms itself as a fundamental interaction space in the relationship among students, teachers and family.]]></p></abstract>
