Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, considerando os marcos legais que asseguram os direitos da pessoa imigrante, seguido de análise bibliográfica acerca do fenômeno da migração e o acesso à educação. Os resultados evidenciam que se faz necessário formar e capacitar o professor, para que esse venha intervir de maneira significativa nas dificuldades do processo de ensino-aprendizagem vivenciado tanto pelo estudante imigrante quanto pelo professor em sala de aula.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo de este artículo es discutir la formación continua de profesores problematizando la inclusión de alumnos inmigrantes en las escuelas públicas de la red municipal de enseñanza de Manaus. Se trata de una estudio documental y bibliográfico, considerando los marcos legales que garantizan los derechos de la persona inmigrante, seguida de un análisis bibliográfico sobre el fenómeno de la migración y el acceso a la educación. Los resultados muestran que es necesario formar y capacitar al profesor, para que pueda intervenir significativamente en las dificultades del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje que experimentan tanto los alumno inmigrantes como el profesores en el aula.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The aim article is to discuss the continuing education of teachers having as problematization the insertion of immigrant students in public schools of the municipal education network in Manaus. This is a documentary and bibliographic research, considering the legal frameworks that ensure the rights of the immigrant person, followed by a bibliographic analysis about the phenomenon of migration and access to education. The results show that it is necessary to train and empower the teacher so that they can intervene significantly in the difficulties of the teaching-learning process experienced by both immigrant student and the teacher in the classroom.]]></p></abstract>
