Apresenta-se os resultados da análise lexical de artigos dos últimos dez anos do Portal de Periódico da CAPES, identificando-se 46 artigos em periódicos revisados por pares a partir dos descritores escolhidos. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo cujos dados foram analisados por meio de Análise de Conteúdo. Constata-se o avanço da pesquisa nacional sobre accountability em quadro grandes dimensões: avaliação, gestão, políticas de responsabilização e reforma educacional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This research investigated the academic-scientific production on school accountability policies in light of the concept of accountability. A &#8220;State of the knowledge&#8221; study inventoried the works deposited in the CAPES Periodical Portal, identifying 46 articles in peer-reviewed journals between 2010 and 2020. This is a qualitative study whose data were analyzed using Content Analysis. There has been progress in national research on accountability in large dimensions: evaluation, management, accountability policies and educational reform.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Esta investigación indagó en la producción académico-científica sobre las políticas de responsabilidad escolar a la luz del concepto de accountability. Un estudio del &#8220;estado del conocimiento&#8221; inventarió los artículos depositados en el Portal de Revistas de CAPES, identificando 46 artículos en revistas revisadas por pares entre 2010 y 2020. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo cuyos datos fueron analizados mediante Análisis de Contenido. Ha habido avances en la investigación nacional sobre la rendición de cuentas en grandes dimensiones: evaluación, gestión, políticas de rendición de cuentas y reforma educativa.]]></p></abstract>
