Na elaboração da proposta, a metodologia adotada foi a da pesquisa-ação (BARBIER, 2004) primando pela colaboratividade como princípio fundante para o desenvolvimento de suas ações. Apoiou-se teoricamente em autores como Contreras (2012), Arroyo (2011), Sacristán (2000) e Freire (1997) para inquirir sobre como manter a unidade metodológica em uma construção coletiva. Demarca o local de desenvolvimento da pesquisa, a colaboração de diferentes partícipes e os diálogos decorrentes. Indica ainda a inextricável relação entre currículo e condições de trabalho docente, bem como o desafio de fazer jus ao movimento metodológico adotado sem escamotear as características locais de sua elaboração. O estudo comprova a importância da definição metodológica em contextos de pesquisa envolvendo expressivo universo educacional, como o caso de uma rede pública municipal, bem como de sua assertividade na produção colaborativa de documentos curriculares. Além disso, considera-se tanto a ideia da criação de uma Comissão Revisora quanto de sua composição por professoras da própria rede, atrelada aos investimentos em formação stricto sensu como pontos favorecedores à eficácia requerida em trabalhos desta natureza.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The aim of this text is to present the aspects underlying the methodological process of preparing the Curriculum Proposal for the Municipal Public Education Network of Feira de Santana-BA, especially the work carried out by a committee called the Revising Committee and its view of the document&#8217;s organization from 2015 to 2019. In preparing the proposal, the methodology adopted was that of action research (BARBIER, 2004), with collaboration as the founding principle for the development of its actions. Theoretically, it drew on authors such as Contreras (2012); Arroyo (2011); Sacristán (2000) and Freire (1997); to investigate how to maintain methodological unity in a collective construction. It demarcates the place where the research was carried out, the collaboration of different participants and the dialogues that resulted. It also points out the inextricable relationship between the curriculum and teachers working conditions, as well as the challenge of doing justice to the methodological approach adopted without ignoring the local characteristics of its development. The study proves the importance of methodological definition in research contexts involving a significant educational universe, as in the case of a municipal public network, as well as its assertiveness in the collaborative production of curriculum documents. In addition, the idea of creating a Review Commission and having it made up of teachers from the network itself, coupled with investments in stricto sensu training, are considered to favor the effectiveness required in work of this nature.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo de este texto es presentar los aspectos subyacentes al proceso metodológico de elaboración de la Propuesta Curricular de la Red Municipal de Educación Pública de Feira de Santana-BA, especialmente el trabajo realizado por una comisión denominada Comisión Revisora y su enfoque para la organización del documento entre 2015 y 2019. En la elaboración de la propuesta, la metodología adoptada fue la de la investigación-acción (BARBIER, 2004), destacando la colaboración como principio fundador para el desarrollo de sus acciones. Se apoyó teóricamente en autores como Contreras (2012); Arroyo (2011); Sacristán (2000) y Freire (1997); para indagar cómo mantener la unidad metodológica en una construcción colectiva. Demarca el lugar donde se llevó a cabo la investigación, la colaboración de diferentes participantes y los diálogos resultantes. También señala la inextricable relación entre el currículo y las condiciones de trabajo de los profesores, así como el reto de hacer justicia al enfoque metodológico adoptado sin ocultar las características locales de su desarrollo. El estudio demuestra la importancia de la definición metodológica en contextos de investigación que implican un universo educativo significativo, como en el caso de una red pública municipal, así como su asertividad en la producción colaborativa de documentos curriculares. Además, se considera que la idea de crear una Comisión de Revisión y de que esté formada por profesores de la propia red, junto con las inversiones en formación stricto sensu, son puntos que favorecen la eficacia necesaria en un trabajo de esta naturaleza.]]></p></abstract>
