Nesse estudo estão focadas as tendências de análise do tema, com recorte especial na docência do ensino superior, num contexto de ampliação do acesso a esse nível de escolarização. Como os jovens professores se integram nas atividades de ensino? Que vem sendo estudado no campo da iniciação à docência que poderia impactar a universidade? Esses são questionamentos que mobilizam o aprofundamento investigativo, procurando explicitar a importância do tema numa dimensão pedagógica e política.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The reflection which takes beginning teachers as its axis of analysis has been getting growingly implanted in many countries. This study focuses the trends of anaysis of that theme, especially outlining higher education teaching in a context of expansion of access to that level of schooling. How do young teachers integrate to teaching activities? What has been studied in the field of introduction to teaching that could impact university? Such questions mobilize in-depth investigation, attempting to explicit the importance of the theme both pedagogically and politically.]]></p></abstract>
