A dist&#226;ncia entre as leis criadas para garantir essa pol&#237;tica e a efetiva implementa&#231;&#227;o delas na realidade cotidiana sugere o termo mis&#233;ria &#233;tica. Neste artigo, ao contr&#225;rio da tese mais comum que explora a m&#225; ger&#234;ncia de fatores administrativos na implementa&#231;&#227;o da pol&#237;tica inclusiva, levanta-se a hip&#243;tese de que na ess&#234;ncia essa crise &#233;tica se deve ao predom&#237;nio da ideologia individualista neoliberal que sustenta a pol&#237;tica inclusiva. Com base na psican&#225;lise, explora-se o campo da palavra como fundamento para uma inclus&#227;o mais baseada no participar (inclus&#227;o pol&#237;tica) do que no fazer parte (inclus&#227;o social).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The inclusive education politics appears as repairable endeavor of inequalities in a society that pursues the improvement of democratic institutions. The distance between the laws created to guarantee these politics and their effective implementation in daily reality suggests the term ethics misery. In this article, unlike the more common thesis that explores the mismanagement of administrative aspects in the implementation of the inclusive politics, it is raised a hypothesis that this ethical crisis in essence is due to the predominance of the neoliberal individualistic ideology, which sustains the inclusive education. Based on psychoanalysis, it is explored the ground of the word as fundamentals for an inclusion based on participating (political inclusion) rather than belonging (social inclusion).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[La pol&#237;tica de educaci&#243;n inclusiva aparece como empe&#241;o de reparaci&#243;n de desigualdades en una sociedad que persigue el aprimoramento de las instituciones democr&#225;ticas. La distancia entre las leyes destinadas a garantizar esa pol&#237;tica y su aplicaci&#243;n efectiva en la realidad cotidiana sugiere lo termino mis&#233;ria &#233;tica. En este art&#237;culo, a diferencia de la tesis m&#225;s com&#250;n que explora el mal manejo de los factores administrativos en la aplicaci&#243;n de la pol&#237;tica inclusiva, sostenemos la hip&#243;tesis de que, en esencia, esta crisis &#233;tica se debe al predominio de la ideolog&#237;a individualista neoliberal que apoya la pol&#237;tica inclusiva. Basado en el psicoan&#225;lisis exploramos el campo de la palabra como fundamento para una inclusi&#243;n m&#225;s basado en la participaci&#243;n (inclusi&#243;n pol&#237;tica) que en hacer parte (inclusi&#243;n social).]]></p></abstract>
