A an&#225;lise dos dados, coletados por meio de entrevistas, fundamentada em Pierre Bourdieu, aponta para a constru&#231;&#227;o da feminilidade marcada pela submiss&#227;o ao universo masculino, constituindo facetas do habitus expresso na valoriza&#231;&#227;o da doc&#234;ncia como atividade vocacionada e feminina, bem como em pr&#225;ticas disciplinadoras e moralizantes dos alunos. A mem&#243;ria de antigas professoras foi marcada por eventos de carinho e cuidado, orientando escolhas did&#225;ticas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Presents data on family and professional socialization of teachers the early years of elementary school, in order to discuss aspects of gender relations present in the practices as teachers and sedimented as school culture, relating them to the provisions of habitus. The analysis of data, collected through interviews, based on Bourdieu, points to the construction of femininity marked by submission to the male universe, which contributed to the formation of a certain habitus, which is expressed on the value of teaching as a vocation and female activity, as well as disciplinary and moralizing practices of students. The memory of old teachers, was marked by warmth and care events, guiding the choices about what to do in the classroom.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Presenta datos sobre la familia y sobre la socializaci&#243;n profesional de docentes de los primeros a&#241;os de la escuela primaria, con el fin de discutir los aspectos de las relaciones de g&#233;nero presentes en pr&#225;cticas de maestros, sedimentadas como cultura escolar. El an&#225;lisis de los datos recogidos atrav&#233;s de entrevistas, sobre la base de Pierre Boudieu, apunta a la construcci&#243;n de la feminidad marcada por la sumisi&#243;n al universo de los hombres, constituyendo las facetas de habitus expresado en la valorizacion de la ense&#241;anza como vocaci&#243;n y como acci&#243;n femenina, expres&#225;ndose tambi&#233;n en las pr&#225;cticas para la moralizaci&#243;n de los estudiantes. El recuerdo de las viejas maestras estuvo marcado por eventos referidos a calidez y atenci&#243;n, orientando las opciones educativas.]]></p></abstract>
