Diante dessas mudanças sociais e políticas inclusivas e afirmativas buscamos observar as trajetórias de mulheres com deficiência na Educação Superior com o objetivo de investigar como essa modalidade possibilita processos de autonomia de mulheres com deficiência nos aspectos sociais, culturais e políticos. Como metodologia desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa exploratória de acordo com Gil (2010) na Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. A análise dos dados se deu mediante categorização dos temas, conforme Bardin (2002). As categorias trabalhadas a partir das trajetórias referem-se a: família; mudanças; experiências e aprendizagens. Como resultados refletimos acerca das possibilidades da criação de processos de autonomia dessas mulheres considerando que tais processos estão atrelados a determinantes como raça e classe social. Evidencia-se ainda a necessidade da afirmação de direitos como possibilidade de deslocar mulheres com deficiência de uma condição de dependência e falta, para compreendê-las como possuidoras de outras formas de ser e agir no mundo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In the last decade, there has been an amplification of access to institutional spaces and guarantee of rights for people with disabilities through the creation of affirmative policies, in parallel with a strong mobilization of the women's movement in the claim for rights. Facing these social changes and inclusive and affirmative policies, we seek to observe the trajectories of women with disabilities in Higher Education, aiming to investigate how this modality enables processes of autonomy for women with disabilities in social, cultural and political aspects. As methodology, an exploratory research was developed according to Gil (2010) at the Federal University of Santa Maria. Data analysis was made by thematic categorization, according to Bardin (2002). The categories worked from the trajectories relate to: family; changes; experiences and learning. As a result, we reflect on the possibilities of creating autonomy processes for these women, considering that such processes are linked to determinants such as race and social class. Furthermore, the need for affirmation of rights as a possibility of displacing women with disabilities from a condition of dependence and lack is evident, in order to understand them as owners of other ways of being and acting in the world.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En la última década se ha expandido el acceso a los espacios institucionales y la garantía de derechos de las personas con discapacidad a través de la creación de políticas afirmativas en paralelo a una fuerte movilización del movimiento de mujeres en la reivindicación de derechos. Ante estos cambios sociales y políticos inclusivos y afirmativos, buscamos observar las trayectorias de las mujeres con discapacidad en la Educación Superior para investigar cómo esta modalidad posibilita procesos de autonomía de las mujeres con discapacidad en los aspectos sociales, culturales y políticos. Como metodología se desarrolló una investigación exploratoria según Gil (2010) en la Universidad Federal de Santa María. El análisis de datos se llevó a cabo categorizando los temas, según Bardin (2002). Las categorías trabajadas a partir de las trayectorias se refieren a: familia; cambios; experiencias y aprendizaje. Como resultado, reflexionamos sobre las posibilidades de generar procesos de autonomía para estas mujeres, considerando que dichos procesos están vinculados a determinantes como la raza y la clase social. También es necesaria la afirmación de los derechos como posibilidad de desplazar a las mujeres con discapacidad de una condición de dependencia y carencia, para entenderlas como poseedoras de otras formas de ser y actuar en el mundo.]]></p></abstract>
