O estudo pautou-se pela Análise dos Movimentos de Sentidos, elaborada pelo grupo de pesquisa do qual se participa, que visa à compreensão dos fenômenos como elaborações discursivas, comparando-os horizontal e verticalmente. Nesse viés, para a produção de dados, realizou-se pesquisa e análise documentais em textos que se referem ao Curso de Direito, em livros, artigos e políticas educacionais direcionadas a esta área, em especial, as versões já publicadas das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para os cursos de Direito no Brasil. Em toda a análise dos dados, a historicidade e a contextualização, na mediação com as políticas educacionais referentes à área do Direito, foram balizas. Em suma, realizou-se um estudo, de base histórica, com o objetivo de entender como se caracteriza o trabalho pedagógico no Curso de Direito e, neste viés, diferenciando &#8220;trabalho pedagógico&#8221; e &#8220;docência universitária&#8221;. Assim, o artigo inicia pela apresentação das concepções que orientaram a produção e a análise dos dados, esclarecendo por que se põe em relevo a noção de trabalho pedagógico e qual sua relação com docência universitária. Apresenta-se também uma leitura da historicidade dos cursos de Direito no país, sob a ótica do trabalho pedagógico dos professores e esclarece-se quanto às possibilidades e desafios deste trabalho, com base no estudo realizado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract An analysis of the pedagogical work carried out by the teachers in the Law Course is systematized, having as reference the historicity and the changes indicated by Resolution CNE / CES 05/2018. The study was guided by the Analysis of the Movements of Senses, elaborated by the research group in which it participates, which aims to understand the phenomena as discursive elaborations, comparing them horizontally and vertically. In this way, for the production of data, documentary research and analysis was carried out in texts referring to the Law Course, in books, articles and educational policies directed to this area, in particular, the already published versions of the National Curriculum Guidelines for Law courses in Brazil. In all data analysis, historicity and contextualization, in mediation with educational policies related to the area of &#8203;&#8203;Law, were beacons. In short, a study was carried out, with a historical basis, with the objective of understanding how pedagogical work is characterized in the Law Course and, in this bias, differentiating &#8220;pedagogical work&#8221; and &#8220;university teaching&#8221;. Thus, the article begins by presenting the concepts that guided the production and analysis of the data, clarifying why the notion of pedagogical work is highlighted and what is its relationship with university teaching. It also presents a reading of the historicity of law courses in the country, from the perspective of the pedagogical work of teachers and clarifies the possibilities and challenges of this work, based on the study carried out.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Se sistematiza un análisis del trabajo pedagógico realizado por los docentes en el Curso de Derecho, teniendo como referencia la historicidad y los cambios indicados por la Resolución CNE / CES 05/2018. El estudio se guía por el Análisis de los movimientos de los sentidos, elaborado por el grupo de investigación en el que participa, cuyo objetivo es comprender los fenómenos como elaboraciones discursivas, comparándolos horizontal y verticalmente. De esta forma, para la producción de datos, la investigación y el análisis documental se llevaron a cabo en textos que se refieren al Curso de Derecho, en libros, artículos y políticas educativas dirigidas a esta área, en particular, las versiones ya publicadas de las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales Cursos de derecho en Brasil. En todos los análisis de datos, la historicidad y la contextualización, en la mediación con las políticas educativas relacionadas con el área del Derecho, fueron faros. En resumen, se realizó un estudio, con una base histórica, con el objetivo de comprender cómo se caracteriza el trabajo pedagógico en el Curso de Derecho y, en este sesgo, diferenciar el "trabajo pedagógico" y la "enseñanza universitaria". Así, el artículo comienza presentando los conceptos que guiaron la producción y el análisis de los datos, aclarando por qué se destaca la noción de trabajo pedagógico y cuál es su relación con la enseñanza universitaria. También presenta una lectura de la historicidad de los cursos de Derecho en el país, desde la perspectiva del trabajo pedagógico de los docentes y aclara las posibilidades y desafíos de este trabajo, en base al estudio realizado.]]></p></abstract>
