Como pesquisa formação, adotamos os estudos narrativos das histórias de vida de professores para investigar o comportamento humano dando especial valor à subjetividade como conhecimento científico. Propusemo-nos a questionar de que modo a trajetória de vida do docente que atua nos cursos da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT) contribui para a sua prática pedagógica. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizados a pesquisa bibliográfica e a entrevista narrativa. Na pesquisa bibliográfica buscamos relacionar conceitos da pesquisa narrativa utilizados na construção da identidade profissional do docente da educação profissional e tecnológica e na entrevista narrativa o participante da investigação, ao narrar o vivido, pode ressignificar este tempo ao deixar transparecer o seu interior, seus desejos e frustrações. Os dados coletados através das entrevistas narrativas foram tratados por meio da análise de conteúdo fundamentada em Bardin (2011) e nos estudos de Jovchelovitch e Bauer (2002). Revisitar as memórias do passado é parte essencial da narrativa autobiográfica. Ainda que possa parecer penosa porque nos coloca frente a frente com os fracassos e as rupturas, também provoca a tomada de consciência e novas atitudes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This is a qualitative research that seeks the sense of the phenomenon from the meaning that people attribute to it. As a training research, we adopted the narrative studies of teachers' life stories to investigate human behavior, giving special value to subjectivity as scientific knowledge. We proposed to question how the life trajectory of the teacher who works in EPT courses contributes to their pedagogical practice. In the bibliographic research we seek to relate concepts of narrative research used in the construction of the professional identity of the teacher from professional and technological education and in the narrative interview, the research participant, when narrating their lived experiences, can re-signify that moment by letting his interior, his desires and frustrations appear. The data collected through the narrative interviews were treated through content analysis based on Bardin (2011) and on the studies by Jovchelovitch and Bauer (2002). Revisiting past memories is an essential part of autobiographical narrative.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Esta es una investigación cualitativa que busca el sentido de los fenómenos a partir del significado que las personas les atribuyen. Como investigación formativa, adoptamos los estudios narrativos de las historias de vida de los docentes para investigar el comportamiento humano, dando especial valor a la subjetividad como conocimiento científico. Propusimos cuestionar cómo la trayectoria de vida del docente que trabaja em los cursos del EPT contribuye a su práctica pedagógica. Para la recopilación de datos se utilizó investigación bibliográfica y entrevista narrativa. En la investigación bibliográfica buscamos relacionar conceptos de investigación narrativa utilizados en la construcción de la identidad profesional del docente de educación profesional y tecnológica y en la entrevista narrativa, el participante de la investigación, al narrar la experiencia, puede dar un nuevo sentido a este tiempo dejando traslucir su interior, sus deseos y frustraciones. Los datos recolectados a través de las entrevistas narrativas fueron tratados mediante análisis de contenido basados en Bardin (2011) y en los estudios de Jovchelovitch y Bauer (2002). Revisar los recuerdos pasados es una parte esencial de la narrativa autobiográfica.]]></p></abstract>
