Diante de sua vasta contribuição, este artigo teve como objetivo elucidar as proposições de Marli André à formação de professores no Brasil. De abordagem qualitativa e bibliográfica, esta pesquisa analisou os escritos de única autoria da autora publicados entre os anos de 2009 e 2023, envolvendo 12 artigos científicos e 12 capítulos de livros. Por meio da leitura flutuante das obras selecionadas, emergiram as seguintes proposições: formação de professores como campo científico; formação do professor pesquisador; formação do professor formador; apoio ao professor iniciante; e a consolidação de políticas públicas de formação de professores. Concluímos que seus escritos estão alinhados às temáticas discutidas internacionalmente no campo da formação de professores e iluminam discussões que merecem continuidade e maior mobilização dos professores e pesquisadores, de modo a eternizar e concretizar as profícuas contribuições desta importante pesquisadora à formação de professores no Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Professor Marli Eliza Dalmazo Afonso de André has been dedicated for more than 40 years to studying Brazilian education, mainly the formation of teachers, contributing to the constitution of this area in an autonomous field of studies, leaving records in scientific articles, book chapters, interviews and lectures of extreme relevance. Given his vast contribution, this article aimed to elucidate Marli André&#8217;s proposals for the training of teachers in Brazil. From a qualitative and bibliographical approach, this research analyzed the author&#8217;s only writings published between 2009 and 2023, involving 12 scientific articles and 13 book chapters. Through the floating reading of the selected works, the following propositions emerged: training teachers as scientific fields; training of the research teacher; training of the training teacher; support for the novice teacher; and the consolidation of public teacher training policies. We conclude that their writings are aligned with the topics discussed internationally in the field of teacher training and illuminate discussions that deserve continuity and greater mobilization of teachers and researchers, in order to eternalize and realize the useful contributions of this important researcher to teacher training in Brazil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La profesora Marli Eliza Dalmazo Afonso de André se dedicó, por más de 40 años, a estudiar la educación brasileña, principalmente la formación de los profesores, contribuyendo para la constitución de esta área en un campo autónomo de estudios. Ella ha dejado registros en artículos científicos, capítulos de libros, entrevistas y conferencias de gran importancia. Delante de su amplia contribución, este artículo tuve como objetivo aclarar las proposiciones de Marli André para la formación de profesores en Brasil. De abordaje cualitativa y bibliográfica, esta investigación ha analizado los escritos de única autoría de la autora que fueron publicados entre los años de 2009 hasta 2023, y envolvió 12 artículos científicos y 12 capítulos de libros. A través de la lectura flotante de las obras seleccionadas, surgieron las siguientes propuestas: formar a los profesores como campos científicos; formación del profesor de investigación; formación del profesor de formación; apoyo para el profesor principiante; y la consolidación de políticas públicas de formación de profesores. Es posible concluir, que sus escritos están alineados con las temáticas que han sido discutidas internacionalmente en el campo de la formación de los profesores y aclaran discusiones que merecen continuidad y mayor movilización de los profesores e investigadores, de modo a eternizar y concretizar las proficuas contribuciones de esta important investigadora para la formación de los profesores en Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
