Com o prop&#243;sito de compreender como alunos da gradua&#231;&#227;o em Medicina percebem/interpretam a humaniza&#231;&#227;o nos cen&#225;rios de ensino-aprendizagem da sua forma&#231;&#227;o, foi realizado este trabalho de car&#225;ter qualitativo. Por meio da an&#225;lise de base hermen&#234;utica sobre entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com alunos do sexto ano de gradua&#231;&#227;o da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de S&#227;o Paulo (FMUSP) em 2010, temas da humaniza&#231;&#227;o foram destacados e estudados: gest&#227;o dos servi&#231;os, humanidades no ensino m&#233;dico, interatividade e o pr&#243;prio conceito de humaniza&#231;&#227;o, presentes ou n&#227;o nos diversos cen&#225;rios de ensino-aprendizagem. O estudo aprofunda um pouco mais a compreens&#227;o da humaniza&#231;&#227;o no ensino m&#233;dico, podendo contribuir para seu desenvolvimento na forma&#231;&#227;o em Medicina ao apontar aspectos que precisam ser mais bem trabalhados junto aos alunos e a necessidade de integrar a humaniza&#231;&#227;o no contexto geral da forma&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe subject of &#8220;humanization&#8221; has been increasingly recurrent in health services and in medical school curricula. This qualitative study was conducted to understand how the undergraduate medical students view and interpret humanization in their teaching and learning scenarios. Using hermeneutic analysis of semi-structured interviews with 6th-year medical students from the University of S&#227;o Paulo in 2010, humanization issues were highlighted and studied: management services, medical education, interactivity, and the concept of humanization, whether present or not in the different teaching scenarios. The study has deepened our understanding of humanization in medical school and can contribute to its development in medical training by identifying some aspects that require further work together with students and the need to integrate humanization into the general setting of their training.]]></p></abstract>
