Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar as práticas de ensino das redes públicas de ensino fundamental e médio localizadas nas periferias da cidade de São Paulo e das redes da Região Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, voltadas especificamente para educação de pessoas com deficiência, para argumentar que elas têm requerido soluções que vão além da escolarização. Na primeira seção, analisamos como o direito à educação é garantido neste momento e, a seguir, discutimos como as lógicas de governo setorizam e homogeneízam o grupo de pessoas com deficiência, resultando em práticas excludentes e sem acesso ao currículo. Por fim, propomos novas questões para discutir as formas como as práticas de ensino são desenvolvidas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic altered the scenarios of local and global social life, particularly affecting schooling processes in the global south, highlighting its structural inequalities. Thus, the objective of this article is to analyze the teaching practices of public elementary and high school networks located on the urban periphery of the city of São Paulo and the networks of the Metropolitan Region of Buenos Aires, specifically focused on the education of people with disabilities, to argue that the resulting teaching practices have required solutions that go beyond schooling. In the first section, we analyze how the right to education is guaranteed at this time and then discuss how government logic sectorizes and homogenizes the group of people with disabilities, resulting in exclusionary practices and no access to the curriculum. Finally, we propose new questions to discuss the ways in which teaching practices are developed.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La pandemia Covid-19 alteró los escenarios de la vida social local y global, afectando particularmente los procesos de escolarización en el sur global, evidenciando sus desigualdades estructurales. Así, el objetivo de este artículo es analizar las prácticas de enseñanza de las redes públicas de educación básica y media ubicadas en la periferia urbana de la ciudad de São Paulo y las redes de la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, enfocados específicamente a la educación de personas con discapacidad, para argumentar que las prácticas docentes resultantes han requerido soluciones que van más allá de la escolarización. En el primer apartado, analizamos cómo se garantiza el derecho a la educación en este tiempo para luego discutir cómo las lógicas gubernamentales sectorizan y homogeneizan al grupo de personas con discapacidad resultando en prácticas excluyentes y de no acceso al currículo. Finalmente, proponemos nuevos interrogantes para discutir las formas en que se desarrollan las prácticas docentes.]]></p></abstract>
