O Estudo objetivou problematizar os efeitos gerados na produção subjetiva e nos modos de atuação profissional engendrados na/pela produção curricular numa perspectiva decolonial. A análise feita indicou que os currículos dos cursos contemplam o tema direitos humanos. Porém, as matrizes curriculares seguem reproduzindo, de certo modo, a cultura eurocêntrica, pois as ementas analisadas não contemplam noções de justiça, cidadania e direitos humanos oriundas de outras culturas que possuem modos próprios de conceber e disputar veracidade nas relações sociais, políticas e culturais, engendradas pelas demandas decoloniais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The work approaches the theme of human rights in relation to the curricula of academic-professional education of law professionals, based on the discursive and non-discursive analysis of pedagogical projects and curricular matrices of two undergraduate courses offered in higher education institutions in the South Brazilian region. The study aimed to problematize the effects generated in subjective production and modes of professional performance engendered in/by curriculum production in a decolonial perspective. The analysis indicated that the curricula of the courses address the theme of human rights. However, the curricular matrices continue to reproduce, in a certain way, the Eurocentric culture, because the analyzed menus do not contemplate the senses of justice, citizenship and human rights derived from other cultures that have their own ways of conceiving and disputing veracity in social, political and cultural relations, engendered by decolonial demands.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El trabajo aborda el tema de los derechos humanos en relación con los planes de estudio de la educación académico-profesional de los estudiantes de derecho, basado en el análisis discursivo y no discursivo de los proyectos pedagógicos y las matrices curriculares de dos cursos de pregrado ofrecidos en instituciones de educación superior en la región del sur de Brasil. El estudio tuvo como objetivo problematizar los efectos generados en la producción subjetiva y los modos de desempeño profesional engendrados en/por la producción curricular en una perspectiva decolonial. El análisis indicó que los planes de estudio de los cursos abordan el tema de los derechos humanos. Sin embargo, las matrices curriculares siguen reproduciendo, en cierto modo, la cultura eurocéntrica, porque los menús analizados no contemplan los sentidos de justicia, ciudadanía y derechos humanos derivados de otras culturas que tienen sus propias formas de concebir y disputar la veracidad en las relaciones sociales, políticas y culturales, engendradas por demandas decoloniales.]]></p></abstract>
