Para tanto, objetiva-se analisar historicamente a constituição da Educação do Campo como modalidade de ensino e sua perspectiva contra-hegemônica. Trata-se de pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, com base no materialismo histórico-dialético fundamentado em Triviños (1997), Marx e Engels (2020) na construção e análise de dados. Aponta-se preliminarmente que a constituição dessa modalidade, com marcos legais específicos, é resultante de longo e árduo processo de enfrentamentos às instituições constituidoras do Estado e da sociedade nacional, forjado pelas lutas dos movimentos sociais camponeses, na contramão da hegemonia socioeducacional atual. Mediante este cenário, conclui-se que a Educação do Campo tem se constituído nesta perspectiva em escolas das áreas de assentamento da Reforma Agrária no Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents a synthesis of data from the research &#8220;Emerging Contexts in Rural Education in MST settlement areas&#8221;, which is part of the bulge of studies by the Gestar/CNPq Research Group at the Federal University of Santa Maria. Therefore, the objective is to analyze historically the constitution of Rural Education as a teaching modality and its counter-hegemonic perspective. This is a qualitative research, based on historical-dialectical materialism based on Triviños (1997), Marx and Engels (2020) in the construction and analysis of data. It is preliminarily pointed out that the constitution of this modality, with specific legal frameworks, is the result of a long and arduous process of confronting the institutions that constitute the State and national society, forged by the struggles of peasant social movements, against the current socio-educational hegemony. Through this scenario, it is concluded that the Rural Education has been constituted in this perspective in schools in the settlement areas of the Agrarian Reform in Brazil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo presenta una síntesis de los datos de la investigación &#8220;Contextos emergentes en la educación rural en áreas de asentamiento del MST&#8221;, que se enmarca dentro del abultamiento de estudios del Grupo de Investigación Gestar/CNPq de la Universidad Federal de Santa María. Por tanto, el objetivo es analizar históricamente la constitución de la Educación Rural como modalidad de enseñanza y su perspectiva contrahegemónica. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, basada en el materialismo histórico-dialéctico basado en Triviños (1997), Marx y Engels (2020) en la construcción y análisis de datos. Se señala preliminarmente que la constitución de esta modalidad, con marcos legales específicos, es el resultado de un largo y arduo proceso de confrontación de las instituciones que constituyen el Estado y la sociedad nacional, forjado por las luchas de los movimientos sociales campesinos, contra la corriente. hegemonía socioeducativa. A través de este escenario, se concluye que la Educación Rural se ha constituido en esta perspectiva en las escuelas de las áreas de asentamiento de la Reforma Agraria en Brasil.]]></p></abstract>
