Na presente pesquisa, interrogamos se a presença ou ausência de determinados componentes territoriais produz impactos nos processos educativos de crianças das classes populares. A pesquisa vem complexificando relações que envolvem infâncias e o direito à cidade, pensando-os à luz de debates que vêm se intensificando nas ciências sociais, bem como no campo educacional, sobretudo nos estudos da sociologia da educação e estudos sociais da infância, direcionando-se, de modo mais substantivo, à problemática das infâncias na cidade. Assim, ao investigarmos trajetórias urbanas e circuitos de educabilidade de crianças em periferias urbanas, percebemos a existência de uma zona de indeterminação que atravessa o emaranhado da vida social, repercutindo nas práticas e nos circuitos de seus processos de educabilidade. O artigo procura problematizar a ideia-força de crianças das classes populares urbanas serem &#8220;migrantes na própria cidade&#8221;, como nos convoca a pensar Santos (1996). Do ponto de vista do horizonte político e epistemológico, pensamos ser necessário aprofundar a questão do direito à cidade (LEFEBVRE, 1991), bem como os impactos dos deslocamentos territoriais de crianças e suas famílias na relação com a escola e a produção de processos de escolaridade em periferias urbanas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article is the result of research that has been carried out in the scope of a broader project, which aims to investigate territorial components of educational processes of children in Eastern of Rio de Janeiro. In the present study, we question whether the presence or absence of certain territorial components have an impact on the educational processes of children from the popular classes. The research has been complicating relationships involving childhoods and the right to the city, thinking them in the light of debates that have been intensifying in the Social Sciences, as well as in the educational field, especially in the studies of the Sociology of Education and Social Studies of Childhood, addressing, in a more substantive way, the problem of childhoods. Thus, when we investigate urban trajectories and educability circuits of children in urban peripheries, we perceive the existence of an area of indeterminacy that crosses the tangle of social life, having repercussions on the practices and circuits of their educability processes. The article seeks to problematize the idea-force of children from the urban popular classes being &#8220;migrants in their own city&#8221;, as Santos (1996) invites us to think. From the point of view of the political and epistemological horizon, we think it is necessary to deepen the question of the right to the city (LEFEBVRE, 1991), as well as the impacts of the territorial displacements of children and their families in the relationship with the school and the production of educational processes in urban peripheries.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El presente artículo es resultado de investigaciones que vienen siendo realizadas en el ámbito de un proyecto más amplio, que busca investigar componentes territoriales de procesos educativos de niños(os) en el Este Fluminense. En la presente investigación interrogamos si la presencia o ausencia de determinados componentes territoriales producen impactos en los procesos educativos de niños(as) de las clases populares. La investigación viene complejizando relaciones que involucran infancias y el derecho a la ciudad, pensándolos a la luz de debates que vienen intensificándose en las Ciencias Sociales, así como en el campo educacional, sobre todo en los estudios de Sociología de la Educación y de Estudios Sociales de la Infancia, direccionándose, de modo más sustantivo, a la problemática de las infancias en la ciudad. Así, al investigar trayectorias urbanas y circuitos de educabilidad de los/las niños(as) en las periferias urbanas percibimos la existencia de una zona de indeterminación que atraviesa el enmarañado de la vida social, repercutiendo en las prácticas y en los circuitos de sus procesos de educabilidad. El artículo busca problematizar la idea-fuerza de que los/las niños(as) de las clases populares urbanas son &#8220;migrantes en la propia ciudad&#8221;, como nos convoca a pensar Santos (1996). Desde el punto de vista del horizonte político y epistemológico, pensamos que es necesario profundizar la cuestión del derecho a la ciudad (LEFEBVRE, 1991), así como los impactos de los desplazamientos territoriales de los/las niños(as) y sus familias en relación con la escuela y la producción de procesos de escolaridad en periferias urbanas.]]></p></abstract>
