O estudo focalizou a entrevista realizada com uma mulher negra e pobre, moradora de um Assentamento no Rio de Janeiro. A investigação adotou a categoria analítica sofrimento ético-político e a interface entre gênero, raça e classe como mediação na análise da dor e sofrimento causados pela negação do direito à educação. A pesquisa adotou abordagem qualitativa e valeu-se da entrevista compreensiva como meio para conhecer histórias de vida perpassadas pela negação de direitos. O estudo revelou o sofrimento provocado pela espoliação humana, afetando direitos fundamentais e a subjetividade da entrevistada. Permitiu concluir ainda que a interdição do direito à educação é um estado complexo que faz confluir o pensar, o sentir e as determinações sociais que resultam no não respeito à dignidade humana.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article is the result of qualitative research that aimed to understand emotions and feelings reported by young people and adults who suffered interdictions in the right to education. The study focused on the interview conducted with a poor black woman living in a settlement in Rio de Janeiro. The research adopted the analytical category ethical-political suffering and the interface between gender, race and class as mediation in the analysis of pain and suffering caused by the denial of the right to education. The methodology used the comprehensive interview. The study revealed the suffering caused by human dispossession, affecting the fundamental rights and subjectivity of the interviewee. It was concluded that the interdiction of the right to education is a complex state that brings together thinking, feeling and social determinations that result in the non-respect of human dignity.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación cualitativa que tuvo como objetivo comprender las emociones y los sentimientos relatados por jóvenes y adultos que sufrieron interdicciones en el derecho a la educación. El estudio se centró en la entrevista realizada a una mujer negra pobre que vivía en un asentamiento de Río de Janeiro. La investigación adoptó la categoría analítica sufrimiento ético-político y la interfaz entre género, raza y clase como mediación en el análisis del dolor y el sufrimiento causado por la negación del derecho a la educación. La metodología utilizó entrevistas exhaustivas. El estudio reveló el sufrimiento que provoca el expolio humano, afectando los derechos fundamentales y la subjetividad del entrevistado. Se concluyó que la interdicción del derecho a la educación es un estado complejo que reúne pensamiento, sentimiento y determinaciones sociales que resultan en la falta de respeto a la dignidad humana.]]></p></abstract>
