Em um giro metodológico significativo, os processos de ensino-aprendizagem seguem moldes decoloniais. Estando a educação de jovens, adultos e idosos (EJAI, doravante) no discurso formativo revolucionário, questionamos: como a linha de pesquisa EJAI, no GEPEPF, vem sendo desenvolvida no município de Caicó/RN? Temos como objetivo geral descrever o papel do GEPEPF no processo formativo por meio da intervenção no Centro de Educação de Jovens e Adultos sobre a EJAI, mais especificamente: analisar a perspectiva dos docentes sobre as práticas pedagógicas decoloniais na EJAI, identificar o desenvolvimento pedagógico da EJAI no CEJA, Caicó/RN e explicitar as ações pedagógicas do GEPEPF sobre a EJAI no CEJA, Caicó/RN. O procedimento metodológico utilizado é a pesquisa qualitativa (Gaskell, 2002), respaldada na ação pesquisadora (Stringer, 1996), reflexiva-analítica, com base na análise de conteúdo (Bardin, 2011). Os resultados desta pesquisa visam contribuir para o processo formativo do ser professor/pesquisador, bem como explicitar os processos de ensino-aprendizagem que vêm sendo desenvolvidos nos espaços formais de ensino na escola CEJA Senador Guerra, em Caicó/RN, elencando os aspectos da decolonialidade nas práticas pedagógicas utilizadas pelos docentes da instituição escolar.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Education has been embodied by the deconstruction of memorization as the only teaching methodology. In a significant methodological shift, teaching-learning processes are following decolonial molds. With Youth, Adult and Elderly Education (EJAI, henceforth) being part of the revolutionary formative discourse, we ask: how has the EJAI research line at GEPEPF been developed in the municipality of Caicó/RN? The general objective is to describe the role of GEPEPF in the training process through intervention in the Youth and Adult Education Center on EJAI. More specifically: to analyze the teachers' perspective on decolonial pedagogical practices in the EJAI, to identify the pedagogical development of the EJAI at CEJA, Caicó/RN and to explain GEPEPF's pedagogical actions on the EJAI at CEJA, Caicó/RN. The methodological procedure used is qualitative research (Gaskell, 2002), based on researcher action (Stringer, 1996) and reflective-analysis based on content analysis (Bardin, 2011). The results of this research aim to contribute to the formative process of being a teacher/researcher, as well as explaining the teaching-learning processes that have been developed in the formal teaching spaces at the CEJA Senador Guerra school in Caicó, RN, listing the aspects of decoloniality in the pedagogical practices used by teachers at the school.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La educación se ha plasmado en la deconstrucción de la memorización como única metodología de enseñanza. En un cambio metodológico significativo, los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje están siguiendo moldes decoloniales. Siendo la Educación de Jóvenes, Adultos y Adultas Mayores (EJAI, en adelante) parte del discurso formativo revolucionario, nos preguntamos: ¿cómo se ha desarrollado la línea de investigación EJAI del GEPEPF en el municipio de Caicó/RN? El objetivo general es describir el papel del GEPEPF en el proceso de formación a través de la intervención en el Centro de Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos sobre EJAI. Más específicamente: analizar la perspectiva de los profesores sobre las prácticas pedagógicas decoloniales en la EJAI, identificar el desarrollo pedagógico de la EJAI en el CEJA, Caicó/RN y explicar las acciones pedagógicas del GEPEPF sobre la EJAI en el CEJA, Caicó/RN. El procedimiento metodológico utilizado es la investigación cualitativa (Gaskell, 2002), basada en la acción del investigador (Stringer, 1996) y el análisis reflexivo basado en el análisis de contenido (Bardin, 2011). Los resultados de esta investigación pretenden contribuir al proceso formativo de ser docente/investigador, así como explicar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se han desarrollado en los espacios formales de enseñanza en la escuela CEJA Senador Guerra de Caicó, RN, enumerando los aspectos de la decolonialidad en las prácticas pedagógicas utilizadas por los docentes de la escuela.]]></p></abstract>
