Para isto, são mobilizados os conceitos de sujeito e acontecimento discursivo. Pelo modo de captura do sujeito dos slogans e das nomeações governamentais conclui que por conta da persistência do sentido de uma educação total e unívoca, não há ruptura definitiva com regimes de interpretação já instalados no cenário nacional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Based on french discours analysis and the subject concept in its theoretical approach, this paper shows a discussion about meaning effects as mass media education&#8217;s slogans; furthermore, was analysed the nomination &#8220;pacto&#8221; among Brazilian official educational programs. For this, many different theoretical approaches were used: paraphrase, discursive memory, discursive event, scholar pedagogical discourse. By the capture subject sustained by slogans and government programs nominations, we concluded that a one-way education remains without a radical break against interpretation schemes in national concept of Education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé A partir du cadre de l&#8217;Analyse de discours française et du concept psychanalytique de sujet, l&#8217;article présent un débat sur les formes clichês (slogans) et leur circulation chez les médias; en plus, on analyse l&#8217;usage de la dénomination « pacte » chez programmes governamentaux brésiliens. De cette façon, ce débat a été soutenu par les concepts de sujet et événement discursif. L&#8217;article montre que la croyance en une éducation universel et univoque évidenciée comme sens litéral mis en rapport un réseaux du sens qui synalise une place du sujet résultat des slogans e des dénominations gouvernamentaux; à la fois que ne permet pas de rompre les régimes d&#8217;interprétations cristalisés au scénario braésilien.]]></p></abstract>
