<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1982-71992015000100090&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1982-71992015000100090&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1982-71992015000100090&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O artigo apresenta resultado de an&#225;lise realizada em relat&#243;rios de est&#225;gio em Gest&#227;o Educacional de um curso de Pedagogia, com o objetivo de captar facetas das rela&#231;&#245;es estabelecidas entre professores, alunos, funcion&#225;rios e a equipe gestora em duas escolas da rede p&#250;blica estadual paulista, situadas na periferia da Regi&#227;o Metropolitana, e assim explicitar modos de funcionamento da organiza&#231;&#227;o do trabalho pedag&#243;gico. Discute-se as formas como os estagi&#225;rios identificam a&#231;&#245;es que favore&#231;am ou n&#227;o a participa&#231;&#227;o coletiva na tomada de decis&#245;es, ao observarem a din&#226;mica das rela&#231;&#245;es estabelecidas entre os sujeitos, nas institui&#231;&#245;es onde realizaram seus est&#225;gios. Tr&#234;s eixos de an&#225;lise foram estruturados: perfil das equipes gestoras; rela&#231;&#227;o da equipe de gest&#227;o com os professores; gest&#227;o e inclus&#227;o, tendo como refer&#234;ncia Blase (2000). De acordo com as an&#225;lises, percebeu-se que a organiza&#231;&#227;o do trabalho pedag&#243;gico nas duas escolas p&#244;de ser identificada ora com uma forma mais democr&#225;tica, que sup&#245;e o envolvimento dos diversos atores escolares; ora com uma forma mais centralizadora, face aos muitos problemas e insatisfa&#231;&#245;es que surgem no cotidiano, revelando o n&#227;o reconhecimento daquela gest&#227;o como representativa do grupo. Tais perfis exemplificadores explicitam formas de se estabelecer rela&#231;&#245;es na escola, favorecendo ou n&#227;o a participa&#231;&#227;o em momentos de tomadas de decis&#227;o. Mostram, tamb&#233;m, que n&#227;o h&#225; modelos puros de gest&#227;o escolar. Essas quest&#245;es necessitam ser tensionadas a fim de se problematizar as rela&#231;&#245;es de poder existentes nas escolas, em realidade social marcada por contradi&#231;&#245;es.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article presents results of analysis made on internship reports at Educational Management in Pedagogy courses, aiming to capture facets of the relationships established between teachers, students, staff and management team, in two S&#227;o Paulo state public schools from the periphery of the Metropolitan Region, S&#227;o Paulo, Brazil, and then show modes to organize educational work. We discuss the forms as trainees have identified actions that favor or not the collective participation in decision-making, from the observation they done about dynamics of the relationships were established among individuals, in the institutions where the internship was done. Three strands of analysis were structured: profile of the management teams; relationship from management with teachers; and administration and inclusion, taking as reference Blase (2000). According to the analysis, it was realized that the organization of educational work in both schools could be identified either with a more democratic manner, which implies the involvement of various school actors, and sometimes with a more centralized way of envisage the many problems that arose every day, revealing this management was not representative of the group. Those profiles explain ways to establish relationships at school, favoring or not the participation in decision-making moments. Also indicate that there are no pure models of school management. These issues need to be stressed in order to question the existing power relations in schools, associated with the reality social that is marked by contradictions. ]]></p></abstract>
