<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1982-71992017000300017&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1982-71992017000300017&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1982-71992017000300017&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Com base nas boas pr&#225;ticas de uma professora de Educa&#231;&#227;o F&#237;sica iniciante, este artigo pretende identificar elementos que contribuam para uma sistematiza&#231;&#227;o de conte&#250;dos nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental e, consequentemente, para a forma&#231;&#227;o docente. Essas pr&#225;ticas resultam do recorte de uma Disserta&#231;&#227;o de Mestrado em Educa&#231;&#227;o subsidiada pelo eixo de an&#225;lise &#8220;conte&#250;do escolar&#8221;. A Disserta&#231;&#227;o, cujo objetivo consistiu em conhecer e compreender as pr&#225;ticas da professora e as fontes que influenciam na constru&#231;&#227;o de seus saberes, desenvolveu-se por meio de um estudo de caso como uma possibilidade de pesquisa qualitativa com utiliza&#231;&#227;o de entrevistas semiestruturadas, observa&#231;&#227;o participante e an&#225;lise documental. Igualmente, a professora e as duas escolas estaduais do Estado de S&#227;o Paulo foram caracterizadas e o processo de constru&#231;&#227;o dos eixos de an&#225;lise foi elucidado. Os elementos, identificados no eixo &#8220;conte&#250;do escolar&#8221; (os quais sinalizam o &#8220;que&#8221;, &#8220;como&#8221; e &#8220;porque&#8221; a professora ensina), podem contribuir para uma sistematiza&#231;&#227;o de conte&#250;dos nas aulas de Educa&#231;&#227;o F&#237;sica nos anos iniciais e auxiliar professores de Educa&#231;&#227;o F&#237;sica iniciantes. As boas pr&#225;ticas se fundamentam em uma perspectiva contextualizada e interdisciplinar de ensino, ressignificam a aprendizagem discente e apresentam aspectos positivos e negativos, identificados pela professora como padr&#245;es para entender os obst&#225;culos e os pr&#243;prios problemas relativos &#224;s suas pr&#225;ticas, decis&#245;es te&#243;ricas e &#224; forma&#231;&#227;o docente. Portanto, promovem um entendimento sobre as aprendizagens adquiridas no in&#237;cio da carreira, reflex&#245;es sobre pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas de forma&#231;&#227;o docente e novos di&#225;logos sobre a possibilidade de desenvolvimento de boas pr&#225;ticas por professores de Educa&#231;&#227;o F&#237;sica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Based on best practices of a Physical Education teacher beginner, this article aims to identify elements that contribute to a systematization of content in the early years of Elementary School and hence for teacher training. These practices result from clipping a Master&#8217;s Thesis in Education subsidized by the analysis axis &#8220;school subject&#8221;. The Master, whose objective was to know and understand the practices of the teacher and the sources that influence the construction of their knowledge, developed through a case study as a possibility of qualitative research with the use of semi-structured interviews, participant observation and document analysis. Also, the teacher and the two state schools of the State of S&#227;o Paulo were characterized and the process of construction of the axes of analysis has been elucidated. The elements identified in axis &#8220;school subject&#8221; (which indicate &#8220;what&#8221;, &#8220;how&#8221; and &#8220;why&#8221; the teacher teaches), can contribute to a systematization of content in Physical Education classes in the early years and assist teachers Physical Education beginners. The best practices are based on a contextualized and interdisciplinary approach to teaching, resignify to student learning and have positive and negative aspects identified by the teacher as patterns to understand the obstacles and their problems relating to its practical, theoretical decisions and teacher training. Therefore promote an understanding of the learning acquired at the beginning of his career, reflections on public policy teacher training and new dialogues about the possibility of development of good practice for Physical Education teachers.]]></p></abstract>
