<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1982-71992018000300757&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1982-71992018000300757&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1982-71992018000300757&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este artigo trata de um estudo sobre a performance pedag&#243;gica do grupo de tutores do Curso de Gradua&#231;&#227;o de Professores para Educa&#231;&#227;o Profissional, do Programa Especial de Gradua&#231;&#227;o (PEG), da Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB) na Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Objetiva-se abordar a performance pedag&#243;gica como um processo de transforma&#231;&#227;o profundo e complexo que proporciona inova&#231;&#227;o no processo ensino-aprendizagem, a partir das tecnologias educacionais em rede, no contexto da tutoria na Educa&#231;&#227;o a Dist&#226;ncia (EAD). Trata-se de um procedimento metodol&#243;gico de an&#225;lise cr&#237;tica e reflexiva sobre a performance pedag&#243;gica do referido grupo de tutores no per&#237;odo compreendido entre os anos de 2016 e 2017. Define-se o conceito de performance pedag&#243;gica como aquilo que os tutores realizam para exercer a tutoria e o conceito de flu&#234;ncia tecnol&#243;gico-pedag&#243;gica como o conhecimento em rela&#231;&#227;o &#224; integra&#231;&#227;o de recursos tecnol&#243;gicos com finalidades educacionais. Al&#233;m disso, analisam-se as a&#231;&#245;es que o grupo de tutores desenvolve na sua performance. Como resultado, constata-se que tanto a flu&#234;ncia tecnol&#243;gico-pedag&#243;gica quanto a inova&#231;&#227;o s&#227;o princ&#237;pios b&#225;sicos da performance pedag&#243;gica dos tutores. Conclusivamente, enfatiza-se a necessidade do grupo de tutores ampliarem os seus n&#237;veis de flu&#234;ncia tecnol&#243;gico-pedag&#243;gica para que seja poss&#237;vel inovar em a&#231;&#245;es pedag&#243;gicas, potencializando o processo ensino-aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article deals with a study about the pedagogical performance of the group of tutors of the Undergraduate Program of Professors for Professional Education, the Special Program of Graduation (PEG), of the Open University of Brazil (UAB) at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). The objective is to approach pedagogical performance as a process of profound and complex transformation that provides innovation in the teaching-learning process, from the networked educational technologies, in the context of Distance Education tutoring (EAD). It is a methodological procedure of critical and reflexive analysis on the pedagogical performance of said group of tutors in the period between 2016 and 2017. The concept of pedagogical performance is defined as being what tutors perform to practice tutoring and the concept of technological-pedagogical fluency as the knowledge regarding the integration of technological resources into educational purposes. In addition, the actions that the group of tutors developed in their performance are analyzed. As a result, both technological and pedagogical fluency and innovation are basic principles of tutors&#8217; pedagogical performance. Conclusively, it is emphasized the need of the tutors group to increase their levels of technological-pedagogical fluency so that it is possible to innovate in pedagogical actions, enhancing the teaching-learning process.]]></p></abstract>
