Com base nesse pressuposto, o presente artigo busca analisar as possibilidades de utiliza&#231;&#227;o de m&#250;sicas em sala de aula e seu potencial para o desenvolvimento de habilidades e compet&#234;ncias nas Ci&#234;ncias Humanas. Para tal, sugere-se um conjunto de atividades para serem aplicadas nas aulas de Geografia e Hist&#243;ria a partir da contextualiza&#231;&#227;o de letras de m&#250;sicas relacionadas a temas das humanidades, buscando assim a cria&#231;&#227;o de situa&#231;&#245;es diferenciadas de aprendizagem e constru&#231;&#227;o do conhecimento.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Music is an important and efficient pedagogical tool that allow an approach between school and a range of everyday possibilities through contemporary teaching and learning processes. Thus, this article aims to assay the odds of using music in classroom based on its potential to develop skills and competences in Human Sciences. We suggest a set of activities to be applied in Geography and History classes through the lyrics contextualization with the purpose of creating assorted situations of learning and knowledge construction.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Como fundamento para la aproximaci&#243;n de la escuela con un mundo de posibilidades encontradas en la realidad cotidiana, la m&#250;sica es uno de los instrumentos de eficacia pedag&#243;gica en los procesos de ense&#241;anza y aprendizaje contempor&#225;neos. Con base en esa presuposici&#243;n, este art&#237;culo busca analizar las posibilidades de utilizaci&#243;n de m&#250;sicas en clases y su potencial para el desarrollo de competencias y habilidades en las humanidades. Se sugiere tambi&#233;n un conjunto de actividades para seren desarrolladas en clase, asociadas a las competencias y habilidades inherentes al proceso de construcci&#243;n del conocimiento de las humanidades.]]></p></abstract>
