Destacamos tens&#245;es e desafios colocados nas a&#231;&#245;es locais, evidenciando a experi&#234;ncia do Estado do Piau&#237;. Levamos em considera&#231;&#227;o que a partir da Constitui&#231;&#227;o Federal de 1988, os munic&#237;pios brasileiros foram institu&#237;dos como entes federados, com atribui&#231;&#227;o de promover, preferencialmente, o Ensino Fundamental e a Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil e, pela Lei 9.394 de 1996, devem tamb&#233;m criar os seus Sistemas Municipais de Educa&#231;&#227;o - SMEs; tais processos s&#227;o analisados &#224; luz de desafios suscitados no contexto da pol&#237;tica de Educa&#231;&#227;o do Campo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This is a discussion about the politics of Field Education conducted by the National Education Program in Agrarian Reform - PRONERA (connected to the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform - INCRA and the Ministry of Agrarian Development - MDA) and the Department of Continuing Education, Literacy, Diversity and Inclusion - SECADI (attached to the Ministry of Education - MEC). Belong to the federal government and are held in partnership with the states and municipalities. We demonstrate the tensions and challenges of the experience of Education Field in the State of Piau&#237;. In the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 municipalities were recognized federal entities, with the obligation to perform the elementary school and Early Childhood Education and the Law 9.394 of 1996 shall establish their Municipal Systems Education - SMEs; these processes are analyzed in the context of Education Policy Field]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Esta es una discusi&#243;n sobre la pol&#237;tica de educaci&#243;n del campo llevada a cabo por el Programa Nacional de Educaci&#243;n en la Reforma Agraria - PRONERA (conectado al Instituto Nacional de Colonizaci&#243;n y Reforma Agraria - INCRA, organismo del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario - MDA) y por el Departamento de Educaci&#243;n Continua, Alfabetizaci&#243;n, Diversidad y Inclusi&#243;n - SECADI (adscrito al Ministerio de la Educaci&#243;n - MEC). Los dos cuerpos pertenecen al gobierno federal y se llevan a cabo en colaboraci&#243;n con los estados y municipios. Demostramos las tensiones y desaf&#237;os de la experiencia de la Educaci&#243;n del Campo en el Estado de Piau&#237;, considerando que en la Constituci&#243;n brasile&#241;a de 1988, los municipios fueron reconocidos como entidades federales, con la obligaci&#243;n de realizar la escuela primaria y la Educaci&#243;n de la Primera Infancia y por la Ley 9.394 del a&#241;o 1996 deber&#225; establecer sus Sistemas Municipales de Educaci&#243;n - SMEs; estos procesos se analizan en el contexto del &#225;mbito de la pol&#237;tica de educaci&#243;n brasile&#241;a.]]></p></abstract>
