Demonstra que a rela&#231;&#227;o entre as orienta&#231;&#245;es dos organismos multilaterais para as pol&#237;ticas educacionais est&#227;o presentes na educa&#231;&#227;o do campo. Uma via &#233; a interven&#231;&#227;o do empresariado agr&#237;cola nas escolas por meio do trabalho volunt&#225;rio, projetos de ONGs, oferecimento de vagas por isen&#231;&#227;o fiscal, al&#233;m do PRONATEC formado pelo sistema S, evidenciando as parcerias p&#250;blico-privadas. Outra via s&#227;o as pol&#237;ticas de educa&#231;&#227;o do campo, como o PROCAMPO, o PRONATEC e o Transporte Escolar, que ocorrem por programas e editais de forma descont&#237;nua, fragmentada e pragm&#225;tica. A perspectiva dos movimentos sociais &#233; de resist&#234;ncia e de constru&#231;&#227;o de uma educa&#231;&#227;o diferenciada pelo corte de classe. Por&#233;m, a partir das contradi&#231;&#245;es vividas na sociedade capitalista, acabam por pactuar e consensuar pela necessidade de acesso &#224; escola e forma&#231;&#227;o de professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The paper discusses the rural education from the perspective of entrepreneurs, state and social movements. It shows that the relationship between the guidelines multilateral agencies for educational policies is present in rural education. One way is intervening the agricultural entrepreneurship in schools through volunteering, NGO projects, jobs by offering tax exemption, besides the PRONATEC formed by System S, demonstrating public-private partnerships. Another way is rural education policies, like the PROCAMPO, PRONATEC and school transport, that take place by programs and public notices that are discontinuous, fragmented and pragmatic. The perspective of social movements is of resistance and building a differentiated education by cutting off classes. However, from the contradictions of the capitalist society, they end up agreeing about the need for access to education and training of teachers.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El art&#237;culo aborda la educaci&#243;n campesina desde la perspectiva empresarial, del Estado y los movimientos sociales. Muestra que la relaci&#243;n entre las directrices de los organismos multilaterales para las pol&#237;ticas educacionales est&#225;n presentes en la educaci&#243;n campesina. Un camino es la intervenci&#243;n del sector de los empresarios de la industria de la agricultura a trav&#233;s de las escuelas, del trabajo voluntario, proyectos de las ONGs, ofreciendo exenci&#243;n de impuestos, m&#225;s all&#225; PRONATEC formado por el sistema S, destacando las relaciones p&#250;blico-privadas. Otro camino es lo de las pol&#237;ticas de educaci&#243;n campesina, como PROCAMPO, el PRONATEC y Transporte Escolar, que ocurren a trav&#233;s de programas y ed&#237;tales p&#250;blicos pero de forma discontinua, fragmentada y pragm&#225;tica. La perspectiva de los movimientos sociales es la resistencia y la construcci&#243;n de una educaci&#243;n diferenciada clasista. Sin embargo, a partir de las contradicciones de la sociedad capitalista, terminan acordando y consensuando debido a la necesidad de acceso a la escuela y la formaci&#243;n docente.]]></p></abstract>
