O objetivo &#233; compreender como esse grupo de crian&#231;as abordou a identidade de g&#234;nero e as diferen&#231;as culturais representadas por essas personagens. As princesas apresentam um modelo de identidade e comportamento de g&#234;nero a ser seguido pelas crian&#231;as em filmes, jogos, livros e bonecas. Quando as crian&#231;as brincaram com essas bonecas, confirmaram, desafiaram e transformaram a pedagogia de g&#234;nero ensinada por essas personagens, que assumiram pap&#233;is de lideran&#231;a nas brincadeiras entre pares na sala de aula. A oportunidade de brincar e refletir sobre esses brinquedos permitiu novas possibilidades de pensar modos distintos de subjetiva&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This study describes a qualitative research held in a school in the public school system of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, focusing on the speeches of children about the Disney princesses dolls. The goal is to understand how this group of children addressed the gender identity and cultural differences represented by these characters. The princesses present a model of gender identity and behavior to be followed by children in films, games, books and dolls. When children played around with these dolls, they confirmed, challenged and transformed gender pedagogy taught by these characters, who have taken leadership roles in banter between peers in the classroom. The opportunity to play and reflect on these toys allowed new possibilities of thinking distinct modes of subjectivation.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Este estudio describe una investigaci&#243;n cualitativa hecha en una escuela de la red p&#250;blica de ense&#241;anza de Porto Alegre, Rio Grande del Sud, Brasil. Objetiva como foco los discursos de ni&#241;os sobre las mu&#241;ecas princesas de Disney. El objetivo es comprender c&#243;mo ese grupo de ni&#241;os enfrent&#243; la identidad de g&#233;nero y las diversidades culturales presentadas por esas protagonistas. Las princesas presentan un modelo de identidad y comportamiento de g&#233;nero a ser seguido por los ni&#241;os en pel&#237;culas, juegos, libros y mu&#241;ecas. Cuando los ni&#241;os jugaran con esas mu&#241;ecas, confirmaron, desafiaron y transformaron la pedagog&#237;a de g&#233;nero ense&#241;ada por esos personajes, que asumieron roles de liderazgos en los juegos entre pares en el aula. La oportunidad de jugar y reflejar sobre esos juegos permiti&#243; nuevas posibilidades de pensar modos distintos de subjetivaci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
