A análise é fruto de pesquisa realizada através de entrevista semiestruturada com professores de uma escola pública. A análise dos enunciados dos/as professores aproxima-se da perspectiva pós-estruturalista e indica que ainda circulam na escola valores que se colocam como universais, naturais e absolutos. Esse tipo de moralidade se constitui em um dispositivo de homogeneização dos processos de subjetivação dos/as alunos/as, invisibilizando as diferenças, reforçando os estereótipos e subalternizando outras subjetividades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The article aims to show how teachers understand the moralities present in the school and their implications in the processes of subjectivation of students. The analysis is the result of researches carried out through semi-structured interviews with teachers from a public school. The analysis of the teachers' statements approaches the post-structuralist perspective and points out that values that are universal, natural and absolute still circulate in the school. This type of morality constitutes a device for homogenizing the processes of subjectivation of students, making differences invisible, reinforcing stereotypes and subordinating other subjectivities.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar cómo los profesores comprenden las moralidades presentes en la escuela y sus implicaciones en los procesos de subjetivación de los estudiantes. El análisis es el resultado de una investigación realizada a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes de una escuela pública. El análisis de las declaraciones de los profesores se acerca a la perspectiva posestructuralista e indica que en la escuela aún circulan valores que son universales, naturales y absolutos. Este tipo de moral constituye un dispositivo para homogeneizar los procesos de subjetivación de los estudiantes, invisibilizando las diferencias, reforzando estereotipos y subordinando otras subjetividades.]]></p></abstract>
