Reflete, assim, sobre qual padrão une o AEE nos diferentes contextos associados ao município analisado. Os dados foram lidos à luz do Pensamento Sistêmico. Percebeu-se que, embora ocorra oscilação das matrículas em períodos específicos, o AEE vem sendo ofertado a partir de ações articuladas pela política nacional. Identifica-se a necessária continuidade de investimento em políticas orientadas pela democratização do ensino e que apresente o AEE de forma aberta, passível de criação a partir de cada contexto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents the results of a study analyzing the Evolution of the offer of Specialized Educational Care (SEC) at Primary Schools of Porto Alegre/RS. It reflects, thus, about what standard keeps the SEC together in all the different contexts associated to the analyzed municipality. The data were read based on the Systemic Thinking. It was noticed that, although the enrolments oscillated in specific periods, the SEC has been offered from actions articulated by the national policy. The need for continuity of investments in policies focused on the democratization of teaching and that presents the SEC openly, with the possibility of being created from each context, is identified.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio que analizó la evolución de la oferta de Asistencia Educativa Especializada (AEE) en las escuelas de educación primaria de Porto Alegre, en Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil). Se reflexiona sobre qué estándar une a la AEE en los diferentes contextos asociados al municipio analizado. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el Pensamiento Sistémico. Aunque las inscripciones oscilaron en periodos específicos, la AEE viene ofertándose desde acciones articuladas por la política nacional. Esto muestra la necesidad de una continua inversión en políticas orientadas por la democratización de la educación y una presencia de AEE de forma abierta, capaz de ser construida en cada contexto.]]></p></abstract>
