Nesse contexto, o Museu Dica ofereceu o curso &#8220;Luz e Vida&#8221;, buscando criar um espaço dialógico e promover uma reflexão sobre as práticas. Dessa forma, este trabalho caracterizou o perfil dos professores a partir dos &#8220;ciclos de vida&#8221; propostas por Huberman (2000) e buscou entender as relações desses professores com o tema, bem como com a proposta dialógica apresentada no curso. No decorrer do curso encontramos dificuldades para o estabelecimento do diálogo, evidenciando a expectativa por uma abordagem transmissiva do conteúdo. Apesar das dificuldades, percebemos o entusiasmo dos professores em relação ao curso.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Teacher training programs in science museums may allow the museum to be closer to the school and teachers. Therefore, Dica Museum offered the course "Light and Life", looking to promote reflections about the teachers practices and create a dialogical environment. Thus, this paper looked to understand the relationships of these teachers with the subject and with the dialogical proposal of the course. We found difficulties for the establishment of the dialogue, showing the expectation of a transmissive approach to the content. Despite the difficulties, we noticed the enthusiasm of the teachers in relation to the course.]]></p></abstract>
