Utilizando-se como metodologia a Análise do Discurso as três narrativas apontaram o início da carreira como etapa de intenso aprendizado, de transformações nas identidades profissionais e de condições de trabalho desfavoráveis. Relacionamos as alterações nas políticas curriculares sobre as licenciaturas à ampliação da formação pedagógica e experiencial dos professores. Caracterizamos a participação no PRD - Ciências como palco para o desenvolvimento da codocência e da pesquisa sobre a práxis, para a construção de diferentes saberes profissionais e para o desenvolvimento da identidade docente das autoras, enquanto professoras-pesquisadoras-autoras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: Este trabajo, basado en investigación-acción colaborativa e investigación (auto)biográfica, se enfoca en las experiencias formativas de las autoras en un Proyecto de Ciencias de un Programa de Residencia Docente (PRD). La investigacióntuvo los siguientes objetivos: analizar los saberes que estas experiencias posibilitaron producir; listar sus efectosen la formación y construcción de la identidad docente, e identificar las condiciones del PRD que favorecieron la construcción del conocimiento profesional. El proceso analítico se basó en el Análisis del Discurso. Las tres narrativas tuvieron como punto común la identificación del inicio de la carrera como una etapa de intenso aprendizaje, transformaciones en las identidades profesionales y condiciones laborales desfavorables. Relacionamos los cambios en las políticas curriculares sobre las carreras de formación de profesoradocon la expansión de la formación pedagógica y experiencial de los docentes. Caracterizamos la participación en el PRD - Ciencias como un escenario para el desarrollo de la codocencia y la investigación sobre la praxis, para la construcción de diferentes saberes profesionales y el desarrollo de la identidad docente de las autoras, como docentes-investigadoras-autoras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The presentwork, based on collaborative action research and (auto)biographical research, focuses on the formative experiences of the authors in a Science Project within a Teaching Residency Program (PRD), aiming to analyze the knowledge produced by these experiences, list their impacts on teacher training and identity construction, , and to identify the conditions of the PRD that favored the construction of professional knowledge. The analytical process was based on Discourse Analysis. The three narratives had as a common point the identification of the beginning of the career as a stage of intense learning, transformations in professional identities and unfavorable working conditions. We relate the changes in curricular policies on undergraduate courses to the expansion of pedagogical and experiential training of teachers. We characterize the participation in the PRD as a stage for the development of co-teaching and research on praxis, the construction of different professional knowledge and the development of the authors&#8217; teaching identity, as teachers-researchers-authors.]]></p></abstract>
