A escola tem favorecido o desenvolvimento de individualidades centradas em objetivos de auto-realiza&#231;&#227;o pessoal e desempenho individual e competitivo. Para al&#233;m destas identifica&#231;&#245;es que promovem os interesses pessoais e a pr&#243;pria sobreviv&#234;ncia, a conviv&#234;ncia com os outros na escola coloca desafios e demandas que possibilitam &#224;s crian&#231;as se mobilizarem na produ&#231;&#227;o coletiva de sentidos e a&#231;&#245;es, espa&#231;os e territ&#243;rios. Neste trabalho, a quest&#227;o do recreio se torna o dispositivo pelo qual as crian&#231;as instituem pontos de vista singulares que refletem, ainda que de forma ef&#234;mera, pontual e transit&#243;ria, seu lugar geracional distinto na escola. Ao discutir os resultados de uma pesquisa emp&#237;rica em uma escola municipal do Rio de Janeiro, buscamos argumentar pela presen&#231;a da "voz p&#250;blica das crian&#231;as" nos processos de coletivamente se engajarem na recria&#231;&#227;o da vida escolar. Conclu&#237;mos pela relev&#226;ncia de se pensar a aproxima&#231;&#227;o entre o campo da inf&#226;ncia e o da pol&#237;tica/o quando se torna necess&#225;rio responder &#224; pergunta sobre o que a inf&#226;ncia deve ter a ver com a democracia. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The present article analyses the possibilities of producing the common in school by the children. Schools have favoured the development of individualities centred on aims of self-realization and individual competitive performance. Beyond these identifications that secure personal interests and survival, the conviviality with the others in school poses demands that allow for children's mobilization in the construction of collective senses, actions, territories and social spaces. In the present work, the issue of the break-time constitutes the dispositif whereby children institute, however ephemerally and punctually, singular points of view on their particular gerational position in school. We discuss the results of an empirical research carried out in a municipal school in Rio de Janeiro and argue for the "public voice of children" in their process of collectively engaging to recreate the school context. We conclude considering the relevance of bridging the distance between the fields of politics and childhood as it seems necessary to give an answer to the question about what childhood has to do with democracy. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El presente art&#237;culo analiza las posibilidades de producci&#243;n de lo com&#250;n en la escuela por parte de los/las ni&#241;os/as. Las escuelas han favorecido el desarrollo de las individualidades centradas en objetivos de auto-realizaci&#243;n y desempe&#241;o individual y competitivo. M&#225;s all&#225; de esas identificaciones que promueven los intereses y la sobrevivencia personales, la convivencia con los otros en la escuela plantea desaf&#237;os y demandas que le posibilitan a los/as ni&#241;os/as la movilizaci&#243;n en la construcci&#243;n colectiva de sentidos y acciones, espacios y territorios. En ese trabajo, la cuesti&#243;n del recreo se vuelve el dispositivo por el cual los/las ni&#241;os/as instituyen puntos de vista singulares que reflejan, aunque sea de forma ef&#237;mera, puntual y transitoria, su particular lugar generacional en la escuela. Al analizar los resultados de una investigaci&#243;n emp&#237;rica en una escuela municipal de Rio de Janeiro, se busca presentar la "voz p&#250;blica de los/las ni&#241;os/as" en su proceso de movilizarse colectivamente en la recreaci&#243;n de la vida escolar. Finalizamos esa contribuci&#243;n con la consideraci&#243;n de la relevancia de aproximar los campos de la infancia y de lo/la pol&#237;tico/a, una vez que parece necesario responder a la pregunta sobre lo que la infancia tiene que a ver con la democracia. ]]></p></abstract>
