Para isso, primeiramente, investigou-se as origens das políticas voltadas para a inclusão. Na sequência, foram identificados alguns países nos quais o Ensino Colaborativo é efetivado. Posteriormente, averiguou-se como são as políticas de inclusão nestes países e a partir disso, buscou-se verificar se os documentos oficiais da política no Brasil permitem que a prática possa ser desenvolvida no país. Por meio dessa pesquisa, identificou-se que a efetivação do Ensino Colaborativo é viável em alguns países, como nos Estados Unidos e na Itália, devido ao amparo da legislação vigente, além dos recursos disponíveis de cada país. No entanto, percebeu-se que no Brasil, as políticas públicas voltadas para a inclusão escolar não amparam o Ensino Colaborativo e não fornecem recursos suficientes para que ele seja efetivado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to carry out a bibliographical research, in order to analyze how inclusion policies are in some countries in which Collaborative Teaching occurs, and from this, to verify if the official documents of Brazilian politics allow the practice to be developed in the country. For this, they experimented and investigated the origins of policies aimed at inclusion. Next, some countries where Collaborative Teaching is implemented were identified. Subsequently, it was investigated how the inclusion policies are in these countries and from that, it was sought to verify if the official documents of the policy in Brazil allow the practice to be developed in the country. Through this research, it was identified that the implementation of Collaborative Teaching is feasible in some countries, such as the United States and Italy, due to the support of current legislation, in addition to the resources available in each country. However, it should be noted that in Brazil, public policies aimed at school inclusion have not supported Collaborative Teaching and do not provide enough resources for it to be implemented.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo realizar una investigación bibliográfica, con el fin de analizar cómo son las políticas de inclusión en algunos países en los que ocurre la Enseñanza Colaborativa, y a partir de eso, verificar si los documentos oficiales de la política brasileña permiten que la práctica se desarrolle en el país. Para ello, experimentaron e investigaron los orígenes de las políticas dirigidas a la inclusión. Luego, se identificaron algunos países donde se implementa la Enseñanza Colaborativa. Posteriormente, se investigó cómo son las políticas de inclusión en estos países y a partir de eso, se buscó verificar si los documentos oficiales de la política en Brasil permiten que la práctica se desarrolle en el país. A través de esta investigación se identificó que la implementación de la Enseñanza Colaborativa es factible en algunos países, como Estados Unidos e Italia, debido al apoyo de la legislación vigente, además de los recursos disponibles en cada país. Sin embargo, cabe señalar que en Brasil, las políticas públicas dirigidas a la inclusión escolar no han apoyado la Enseñanza Colaborativa y no proporcionan recursos suficientes para su implementación.]]></p></abstract>
